What an excellent restaurant & the staff were amazing & helpful! Thankyou so much , we will be back ! We were a party of 10 & the food came out together

We found it average. My Cajun Burger came out with a handful of chips. The bap was small with loads of tomatoes and a slither of luke warm chicken. The meal was smaller than my grandsons kids meal ! The manager to be fair knocked the price of the burger off the meal. We will be trying elsewhere next time in Liverpool as this was quite poor.

Once again a fab meal excellent service and great value for money. The weather was horrendous and Ma Edgertons was packed ,so pleased I had booked ! A very popular pre theatre venue !

Throughly enjoyed food here with my girlfriend before we went to a concert. Only thing that was a let down was the service as the lady who was working seemed to be the only person serving. She was run off her feet! We had to wait a while for more drinks but this should have been noticed. We arrived in plenty of time so there wasn’t too much of a rush from ourselves but after 2 hours and still not receiving our bill until asked was quite annoying. We received complimentary fudge brownies for dessert which was a nice touch. I feel many people were in the same situation and even a couple next to us waited far too long for their mains, that never turned up after asking 3 times and they had to leave. I feel more staff would be beneficial or atleast tell people beforehand there’s a wait on the food!

Had a lovely family Meal at Souvla, various starters and mains were all very good and very reasonably priced as were the drinks. Great service too. Would definitely visit again if returning to Liverpool

Decided to come for a bite to eat before a theatre visit. Had previously come for the ukulele night on a Thursday, so already knew that the place was friendly. There were four of us and we all had the Scouse. Service was swift and the food was delicious. I will definitely be going back for more. Thank you.

Great food great atmosphere and really quick service.

Brilliant meal at Souvla this Thursday. Excellent food and large portions. The waitress was so friendly and it was very easy to book online. We have been to Souvla several times and never been disappointed. The early doors menu is very good value for money.

Pub atmosphere and simple but great food with good service - always come here prior to theatre.

Great service in an ok restaurant. Food very average. I booked this as reviews were good but nobody really enjoyed their food. Atmosphere is average. It’s quite loud. No decent lagers on tap. Tip added by the staff. Won’t be going back. There’s a. Lot better places.

Incredible food. The service is always so quick and polite. We have eaten here a number of times and have always been so impressed. Great food at a great price!

We visit whats cooking a few times a year. The food is always hot and really tasty and theres plenty of it. Only reason the service was given a 4 this time instead of the usual 5 was because our daughters meal didn’t come out of the kitchen with ours and we had to ask where it was. The manager sorted this out for us with no fuss. The staff are always really nice, polite and attentive. We’ll be back soon

We had lunch before going to the theatre and it was excellent. My husband had a Tom Jones Pizza and I opted for the classic Scouse. We were extremely pleased with our choices, both delicious with a generous glass of white and red wine. The service was great. Efficient and very warm and friendly. We would definitely return. Highly recommended !

Once again sn amazingly warm welcome,easy to book and fantastic service. The menu is limited but suits my needs perfectly. My husband had Ma's Scouse and loved it What is there not to like !

Lovely food, nice drink with our meal and a great atmosphere. Did begrudge having to pay a service charge when there was only two of us, hence no tip left as the service charge was almost £6!
