I don't know where the reviewer talking about buffets went as I have never seen a buffet in Eastzeast. My favourite Indian, the fish platter starter is to die for.

East z East – Liverpool City CentreGreat service, ambient decor and vibe. Lovely food and friendly staff - highly recommended and looking forward to next visit
Salt House Tapas – Liverpool City CentreRecently attended in a large party for a Christmas banquet. It was sensational the platters of food served were huge, the king prawns were amazing and plentiful. superb service.
Mei Mei – Liverpool City CentreWas stopped outside whilst walking past by 2 Americans staying in Liverpool who confirmed had had 3 meals here in their one week stay as so fab. Came back and can only say "I agree" from price, value, quality, staff, service and atmosphere.......all 10/10
Chilli Pot – Liverpool City CentreGreat food, great cocktails and fabulous music! What more can I say!
New York Cut Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar – Liverpool City CentreI would definitely reccomend this restaurant. i have been several times and never disappointed. service, food and atmosphere all superb.
Bistro Franc – Liverpool City CentreStunning interior design and staff pleasant and welcoming. Food was top drawer could'nt fault the pumpkin soup and the steak melted in the mouth visiting again in 2 weeks
Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill @ Hotel Indigo Liverpool – Liverpool City CentreWhen living in Liverpool in 1993 I visited the Lobster Pot frequently and I'm glad they are still going because I plan on visiting them when back in the UK (from Australia) in a couple of years. Best chips I've ever had!!
Lobster Pot – Liverpool City CentreFirst visit here as we were in Liverpool for an event at the Metropolitan Cathedral. Absolutely superb 3 course lunch with lots of choice - real value for money and impeccable service. the decor is quirky and creates a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Bistro Jacques – Liverpool City CentreLike Kamran Khan, last night was our first and last visit. We had to wait an eternity for our drinks to arrive, buffet non-descript, we had to queue up and wait for more food to be brought from the kitchens, only one vegetarian choice on offer, waited twenty minutes for our bill which was £47.00 odd (for two people) - which consisted of starters, main course, an orange juice and a glass of red wine. In my opinion the buffett was worth about £6.00. Would not recommend it.
East z East – Liverpool City CentreI truly enjoyed my evening at the Italian club fish. It was comfortable , relaxing with great service and the food was superb! Looking forward to my next visit where I will be bringing more family & friends .
The Italian Club Fish – Liverpool City CentreHad a lovely meal at New York Cut in Liverpool this weekend. The service was fantastic, excellent customer service and I was even called back today to see if we enjoyed it. More importantly the steak was amazing, its a really nice intimate place and the background music was live piano. Really enjoyed it and cant wait to go back, you wont be disappointed.
New York Cut Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar – Liverpool City CentreWent last Saturday to Gusto under protest really as Italian wouldn't be my 1st choice. Chose the Rib eye for this reason and it was one the best steaks I have had. Service good and atmosphere great, very "buzzy". Will return.
Gusto – Liverpool City CentreThis far the worst restaurant in Liverpool by a country mile. If you're in Liverpool DO NOT go here. If you're coming to Liverpool DO NOT go here. The service is the worst; they confuse lemonade for a coke (difficult I know) no black pepper means yes black pepper. The owner basically sits on your lap. And the other waiting staff look like something from the munsters. If you get you're own table feel lucky because if you don't you'll be sharing your meal with another couple or even worse a family of four. Just take the warning and give this place a miss.
Casa Italia – Liverpool City CentreThis is a lovely place to eat: the food is delicious, they have plenty of choice and the tiramasu is the best I have ever tasted. The staff are attentive and were very kind to my elderly mother who has difficulty walking but enjoys a lively atmosphere. Perfect for a pre-theatre meal or for a romantic dinner later on. Top marks!
Bellini Restaurant and Cocktail Bar – Liverpool City CentreJust called to book the toast to roast at @£9.95 they said they offer is not on , so why is it on sugarvine
Malmaison Brasserie – Liverpool City CentreI visited eastzeast Liverpool with my husband yesterday . This was our first visit and will be our last. The place is very magnificent inside but it lacks an atmosphere with it being so vast. I had booked a table for two a few weeks earlier and they could not find my booking which was not a good start. food is very expensive for what it is, we can get the same quality elsewhere for half the price. it worked out as £25 per person for a starter and a main course. There were too many staff serving us which got really confusing, at one stage we were surrounded by nearly 5 members of staff, i found this uncomfortable and intimidating. A positive is that the food tasted good but again was costly. There are many other restaurants in the area I would rather go and eat at.Overall I was very disappointed.
East z East – Liverpool City CentreI could eat a large hot box every day if i lived nearer but alas I have to settle for once a week when I am having a drink with the girls. If you are a noodle fan like me , this is the place to go , food and staff exellent. Eat in or take out the choice is yours , I usually do both ! Well done Wok and Go, and the prices are good too.
Wok & Go – Liverpool City Centre2 courses plus a piece of home-made dessert, £12.50. Available until 6.30pm Wednesday and Thursday and until 5.30pm Fridays (excludes Bank Holidays).
