The waiters/ waitresses just absolutely left us we was a table of 10 which is really not acceptable, food was very poor oil all gathered on the plate which caused us not to eat atmosphere wasn’t great either food take around a good hour to come

I didn't even turn up for this as we where staying close by so called in for a drink as we walked in your bar star was sat on the floor behind the bar picking his nose so I canceled the booking

As always food fantastic, staff are friendly and quick to serve. Friendly atmosphere in there every time we've been in. Would not hesitate in going again.

We were a party of 5 with a baby. Had to wait 15 mins for our table. Service was very good and meals came quick. However the steak was undercooked and bacon on the burger was also not cooked enough and unable to eat. We did not complain at the time as being New Year’s Eve it was so busy. We come to Liverpool on a regular basis and always eat here. So we were very disappointed

Great location for Empire Theatre and Lime St. Traditional pub with decent drinks and great pub food, especially the Scouse and breads. Always book.

Great place with lovely staff and the pizzas are among the best I’ve had anywhere. Have been a few times and always busy so book a table.

Fantastic food great for a everything with friends

We had main course ribs and chill burger. Very tasty chill burger and the ribs were fab. They tasted like the old ribs from the original What’s Cooking.

Went for meal and drinks before the Cast gig at the O2 Academy, the Scouse was fantastic - piping hot and big chunks of meat & potato! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great food - what's not to like?

The food is fantastic. Mixed kebab and Moussaka were excellent. The Moussaka is the best I've had. Waitress was great and made us feel welcome Definitely be going back. 5 stars all round.

Disappointed with food, took over 40 mins initially for food to come. Restaurant was quiet, however when arrived my order was wrong and friends order was stone cold. Food sent back and took another 20 minutes to come back, was offered a round of drinks FOC however declined. Then given a 20% discount after requesting to speak to a manager, not a positive visit unfortunately

The best scouse I’ve ever tasted and service impeccable

Arrived for pre-theatre meal. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was plentiful and delicious and having water placed on the table as a matter of course was a nice touch. Definitely go there again.
