Ate here yesterday before going to the Empire. Had scouse which was absolutely lovely. Great atmosphere as well. Would definitely recommend.

We'll be back. !! Great little find. I was going to the Theatre and this is the perfect location. The sharing platter was excellent and loved the buzz of the venue.

Went to Ma Egerton's with 4 friends last Thursday lunchtime. We all ordered pizzas with different toppings. They came out on large slate platters and everyone of them was piping hot and extremely tasty. Staff were lovely and very friendly. We would highly recommend.

This was our 5th visit. The food is always great and the staff very friendly. Love the 80's vib to the music and when in Liverpool we always make time to pop in for a meal. Have tried most of the items on the menu the burritos are our current favourite.

Gorgeous setting, food was lovely, big servings and very tasty. Service was above and beyond from the most fabulous man called Jason, would return just to see him tbh

Really enjoyed our night. Our first time visiting the restaurant , and both the staff and food were fantastic!

Good food, me and my mum shared a pizza it was huge.

It wasn't obvious where we were meant to sit for our reservation as we had to ask, there was no welcome point as such, but as a student bar/restaurant that's to be expected, but the staff were lovely. Loved the vibe of the place with the music and the arcade machines. The food was lovely and reasonably priced, easily challenges wetherspoons on price as others have said. Staff were friendly and a decent choice of drinks. Including cocktails and craft ipas. However the toilets need some work, as very obvious holes in the plasterwork which sadly brings it down somewhat.

Enjoyed the food and the atmosphere just thought the chairs were abit to low.

We had a pizza and a scouse Saturday lunchtime pre matinee at the Empire. The food was lovely, the prices very reasonable and the service was surprisingly quick. Surprisingly because the pub was packed to the rafters. We had booked a table but felt obliged to share it with a group who were already sitting there so it was cramped. The music was deafening and the noise level from all the people watching football on the tv was even worse. I would go again to eat the food but only at a very quiet time.

Lunch before matinee at the EMPIRE . We had a ploughman's and a pizza both good and value for money and a nice pint ,my only regret was after buying drinks before sitting down and seeing pint and a meal offer.

Amazing pizza and some of the nicest cocktails I’ve ever had. Only problem was it feels a bit like you’re not supposed to be there, it was uncomfortable at first, but food was fantastic.

Went on a lively Saturday night before going to see Peter Kay so it was busy, but the staff were really attentive but not in your face, perfect ! Food was tasty but be warned the portions sizes are HUGE

Was expecting a nice meal here but it absolutely blew my mind. Whole evening was fantastic. From incredible food, to superb entertainment. Whole family loved the evening and will never forget the occasion (daughters 18th). Will 100% return here.
