Opa Opa – Liverpool City CentreWe had a lovely meal yesterday evening (red redemption pizza, vegan hot dog and veggie tortillas) plus loads of drinks. The food was great but the drinks were 50/50 since they barely had any alcohol in them :( Altho, the whisky sour and brain haemorrhage shots were great!
Dough Bar – Liverpool City CentreWe went for breakfast and loved every aspect of Clockworks. Fantastic service, great atmosphere, brilliant choice on the menu - flexibility with some items too which was much appreciated. I hope we’ll get the chance to visit again next time we’re in Liverpool.
Clockworks – Liverpool City CentreFood was delicious and such good value for money! One of us was coeliac and they went out of their way to ensure the food was gluten free.
Opa Opa – Liverpool City CentreWe had a lovely evening last night for our 10th wedding anniversary, there was 19 of us and we had the mezze party menu. The food was amazing, there was so much and a variety of dishes for everyone including the vegetarians too. The staff were so friendly and helped everyone. The entertainment was brilliant too. This was our first visit to Christakis and we will definitely be returning. Thankyou so much
Opa Opa – Liverpool City CentreHad a lovely girly catch up here on Saturday. Food was fabulous. Defo a little hidden gem. The bruschetta is to die for. We will defo be back.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreVisited on a Saturday evening. Amazing food and fantastic value for money. The portions were huge! Absolutely loved the entertainment as well, no dining experience like it!!
Opa Opa – Liverpool City CentreNot the first time we’ve been here and it certainly won’t be the last. Food is fantastic, and the service is second to none. Would 100% recommend
Clockworks – Liverpool City CentreThe food was delicious and the portions were big and worth the price. The staff was friendly and helpful and when a fly landed in my drink, the staff member made me a new one no questions asked. I like how to have take out boxes as the portions were so big we could finish them. Four problems. 1. No bin in disabled bathroom. 2. Male and Female bathrooms not separated. 3. Big holes in the bathroom walls, needs patching up. 4. They have wheelchair access but this isn't pointed out and you need someone inside to open it for you. Overall, we would eat their again as the food was excellent for the price.
Dough Bar – Liverpool City CentreDined at Christakis on Thursday night and had the 2 courses for £10 lovely food and good sized portions well worth a visit, staff were excellent
Opa Opa – Liverpool City CentreThe food is amazing trying at least 4 dishes and all the same high standard. Really good value for money especially during the week when you can get a starter and main for £10. The service was good but have had better. Will definitely be going back.
Opa Opa – Liverpool City CentreDelicious food, very reasonable prices and really friendly staff
Dough Bar – Liverpool City CentreReally cool, quirky place not far from the centre or docks. Food was absolutely phenomenal, and there was a good selection for a Sunday (although the Sunday roast isn't one to miss) Really friendly staff - would definitely recommend this place
Clockworks – Liverpool City CentreReally looked forward to going here after seeing the menu and reading the reviews so I'll start with the positive, the food was great. However, sullen staff gave the impression they couldn't be bothered to serve us. Overcharged because they "forgot" about their own offers. Convenient. Cocktails were amazing value probably as they barely contained any alcohol. Just made to feel really unwelcome overall, maybe we just caught them on an off day, but won't be rushing back which is a shame as like I said food was excellent, just let down by disappointing service
Dough Bar – Liverpool City CentreClockworks is an awesome tucked away place with great character, wonderful food and very cheerful and lovely staff. I have seen the outside of this charming place for two years and finally ventured in. Best place to have breakfast now as far as I am concerned. Highly recommend.
Clockworks – Liverpool City CentreAn amazing little piece of treasure tucked away. Food was awesome. Staff very cheerful and pleasant. Amazing value for money. Best breakfast ever. Certainly a place to visit again not just for breakfast but lunch dinner and drinks.
Clockworks – Liverpool City CentreLovely food and great selection of beers. Bbq chicken wings were lovely. Friendly staff and great atmosphere for the football. First time visit, will be definitely be back.
