Visited the cafe recently - really fantastic stuff. Been to a couple of Eritrean places in London and this is up there - really authentic food, good for veggies and reasonably priced. Merseyside Eroitrean's should get behind it, and locals (like me) too

Nice family run buisness been going for years. Never had to complain about the food service and food always outstanding full of flavour.

Tried the rest and this is by far the best Chinese takeaway, staff are friendly and attentive and the food is authentic, would definitely recommend.

Have visited Santino 3 times now and had wonderful food and evenings. Aldo and Luigi (the chef) give helpful advice on the food (if needed). my favourite has been the sea bass which was cooked in a sort of paper bag. it was the best fish i have ever tasted. the seafood risotto was excellent too. would recommend this restaurant to all lovers of italian food

I have been to resturant on numerous occasions , I have enjoyed every visit that's including all the friends and family I have taken in the past. Staff are very very friendly and full of information about each meal (great evening all round )

Recently attended in a large party for a Christmas banquet. It was sensational the platters of food served were huge, the king prawns were amazing and plentiful. superb service.

Recently visited ho's and had a lovely meal, huge portions and very friendly staff. Regularly get takeaways and they too are lovely.

Excellent service and great food. Would recommend. Just shame about the parking space. Rita

Was stopped outside whilst walking past by 2 Americans staying in Liverpool who confirmed had had 3 meals here in their one week stay as so fab. Came back and can only say "I agree" from price, value, quality, staff, service and atmosphere.......all 10/10

Went with friend this last week, what a nice place, spacious nice ambience with the barbacue grill taking pride of place. owner manager recognised me from when he had a crosby restaurant, nice, the food is splendid mainly cooked on demand on the barbie. tasty, spicy and plenty of it all in all about £20 a head drinks included. Good grub and good value as we had the tasting platter with a bit of everything and we both finished totally clean plates, its on our A list as of now !

Disappointing. Although our mains were nice, the ribs were poor - no meat on the bone. The service was shabby, we had trouble attracting a waiter, and had to go to the desk and make several requests before we were given our bill. Cutlery didn't seem very clean, a large red lipstick was clearly visible on my cup.

Great food, great cocktails and fabulous music! What more can I say!

Love Shantii, Food is great, Ali an staff are certainly friendly and give good advice, we regularly eat there an cant wait for our Christmas meal there, went last Christmas an was so impressed we booked again for this year. We believe last New Year was great with a singer, so have also booked for that. Looking forward to a festive Christmas period with all at Shantii. Have visited this restaurant on many occasions, and have always been impressed with the quality of the food. There is a nice ambiance, the owner(who is almost always in attendance) and his staff are very attentive and friendly.We are particularly impressed with the way they deal with the special dietary requirements for two of our usual party who are stricken with multiple food allergies. A visit here is always an enjoyable experience.

I had always thought this very pretty looking shop- was a childrens cake shop.... But then my friend asked me to meet her there for lunch- I never knew it was a cafe/coffee shop!it is a gem of a place with the most divine fresh and affordable food I have ever come across. I really don't know how they provide that level of excellence for those prices.The ladies who own /work there are lovely, and the food they produce cannot be faulted. Even a simple Ham and Cheese Toastie(only £2.95) was elevated to star status in my mouth- quality ham that you just don't usually get these days.I have been back several times and the soup is incredible-with the freshest bread, I feel like I have gone to food heaven in this place!They have marvellous little things for children and make you really welcome. The cakes are yummy- and with 24 hours notice- the ladies will make speciality/restricted diet products for you.TOP cafe, long may it last
