I am a regular visitor to the Hong Sing and only weigh 22 and a half stone...IT'S THAT NICE !!!! Seriously though, foods decent and it's cheap as chips.. Get in there. Only hour and a half sitting time on the buffet though, I'm still on me ribs..

Julian's Restaurant is one of the best places i have been to eat. The food and service is outstanding. you are warmly greeted on your arrival and look after with the highest of quality throughout your meal. I feel the price of the meal is very reasonable for what you get. I have paid a lot more in other restaurants and been very disappointed. I would recommend Julian's to anyone who wants good quality food & service for the right price.

The restaurant was boss. I went for my birthday with my m8s and it was the best. It was shameful when jay made the whole restaurant sing happy birthday to me and the food was lovely.

Excellent, excellent restaurant. We went for the pre 7pm deal, which was fabulous value. Really nicely prepared and tasty food with very pleasant non-intrusive service. Nice atmosphere, too. If I lived in Liverpool I'd be eating here all the time!

Lovely food, attentive staff had the house wine it was lovely only criticism was its a non-smoking restaurant which was good but the stafff stood at the back door smoking and it kept wafting through the restaurant

Went to Monro with 2 friends on Sat lunch time. Menu really good and the food was great. Nice staff good value for money. Well pleased. Would recommend this to all my friends. Yvonne.

We dined in Esteban last night (Thursday 24th August) and had a wonderful time. It has been 2 years since we visited last, and it was wonderful to see some of the same hospitable, friendly and polite staff. The ambiance was perfect, the Tapas delicious and all the staff made us feel so welcome. The two Spanish waiters who took our orders on those modern technological gadgets deserve extra credit as despite it being very busy, they kept us entertained and were there for our every need. We are regulars in Maranto? (and will continue to be), however we will definitely be returning to Esteban in the future.

Great at last to have a tapas type bar at this end of Aigburth Road. They have a good size menu with plenty of choice for both meaties and veggies. The staff are their best asset - really friendly and helpful service, this gives it a nice atmosphere as a friendly, unpretentious local - great for drinks and eats.

If you are looking for a really nice curry you must try The Gulshan. We visit at least once a fortnight and have eaten in many Indian Restaurants worldwide but this is the best ever. Staff are very friendly and the owner is ready to welcome you. You won? be disappointed.

The Monro is great restaurant with excellent service. Very friendly staff that couldn't do enough. The food was excellent and looked really good on the plate. Don't hesitate to book the Monro if you're looking for a venue for a date or group function. Superb!

We have been going to La Casa Vieja for many years now and always found the food to be consistently good. Our last visit was no exception. It's not really tapas, as the portions are large and cost as much as a full restaurant dish. This doesn't really matter, especially if there is a crowd of you and you can order lots of dishes. The specials board is always full of lovely fresh fish dishes. I had the scallops which were fab. The staff are always very welcoming too.

There was a good choice on the menu. We had ribs combos, with chicken and prawns. The food was good and there was plenty of it and the service was quick and attentive. The only downside was the children running round which made the place seem more like a playground than a restaurant.

An enjoyable local curry house with great food and friendly service. They do a great Chicken Samba.

The best authentic Indian restaurant in Liverpool. if anyone looking for an authentic food experience must try maharaja. It was a new experience for me and my friends. Definitely recommend maharaja.

The food is so lovely at this restaurant. There is so much choice and everything I have tried is delicious. I have been on several occasions and the last time I had spicy sausage which was very tasty followed by a lamb dish. The price is very reasonable and place itself is basic but authentic. The Turkish coffee is fab too!

A relaxed & comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, attentive and helpful willing to advise on types of dishes or arrange something specific for you with the Chef. Food is always excellent and reasonably priced. It all goes to makes an enjoyable evening! (Their takeaways are of the same high standard if you don't have time to eat in)

I've been here a few times and always enjoyed my meal. They do lovely chicken wing or spare rib starters, the capital sauce is delicious!
