Oriental Delight – HeswallWhat can I say? Lovely, scrumptious, delicious, spicy and just down right good curry. From the popudoms and dips to the last crumb of Nan bread its the best curry I've had in the North West. The price is great and the staff are lovely. Watch out for the weird liquor at the end though!
Light Of Bengal – AigburthHAVING BEEN TO THE INDIAN DELIGHT ON A WEEKLY BASIS I FEEL I MUST RE-ADDRESS THE BALANCE,I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THE RESTAURANT TO BE EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY WAY FROM THE POPADOMS TO THE KING PRAWN TIKKA GARLIC BE IT AT 6PM OR 2AM.A VERY PLEASEd AND SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
Indian Delight – Liverpool City CentreGreat restaurant. Big servings. Good menu. Can get busy with children.
Damons – Mossley HillAlthough the food wasn? very good the prices where reasonable but the cocktails were amazing more a social bar than a restaurant
Scarisbrick Hotel – SouthportThe food was very nice each time I've been. The tea-time special (3 courses & coffee) is good value. Service is good.

Ruis – BootleAbsolutely fantastic food, cooked in authentic Kerala style - delicious and healthy. Well worth a visit.
Maharaja South Indian Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreOk, so it was our wedding not just a meal out. But the food was excellent, both for the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet. The portions were more than enough and it was cooked to perfection. The evening buffet was amazing - lovely food, all piping hot and plenty of it. Would recommend it to anyone
Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel – Liverpool City CentreWe've been to many Indian restaurants in Liverpool before. The food, service & staff are always excellent. I've reccommended the restaurants to family & friends. They say the same.
Light Of Bengal – AigburthWe've been to many Indian restaurants in Liverpool. I'd say the best is Light of Bengal in Aigburth Rd. The service, food, staff excellent.
Light Of Bengal – AigburthFantastic food at fantastic prices. The service is second to none. What more can I say - highly recommended.
Cathay Dynasty – St.HelensGreat food, Great cocktails!!! wat more can i say!!!!
Damons – Mossley HillA warm welcome is ensured. The setting is wonderful particularly on a lovely summers evening. The choice of food is good and the standard superb. The new owners are upgrading the place slowly but still worth a visit.
Sheldrakes – HeswallWent in for lunch here after reading good reviews. What a pleasant surprise. I don't mind getting greasy curries because it usually means that the food is authentic so I was a bit worried about the food being cooked with water instead of ghee. The food was lovely though. A wide range of dishes that both managed to be delicately spiced and very light. Can? wait to go back!
Maharaja South Indian Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreThe taste of real Indian food because I know I am an Indian. At last we found a restaurant in UK which claims to be Indian food but is not Pakistani or Bangladeshi.
Maharaja South Indian Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreThis restaurant is a very small but popular place to go for a meal. The few things that I dont like are the way they allow smoking in the eating area. People light up as soon as they have eaten with no regard for all the other diners! Also, as it is so small you are generally sitting VERY close to other tables so if they smoke, SO DO YOU! and then when you finish your food you are asked to sit downstairs with your drink to finish so they can make the table for other people, so don't expect to sit and digest your dinner for too long. Still, it's a nice place so try it!
