Casa Italia – Liverpool City CentreFriday night, didn? book, squeezed us in - couldn? have been more helpful on a horrible wet cold 'may' evening! They've got it 'just right'
La Vina – Liverpool City CentreI went to this restaurant on a bank holiday with my partner we just went in by chance as we walked past so glad we did. The food was delicious we both had the bruchetta to start which were simple but very tasty and prawn, chilli and garlic linguine for our mains again simple but tasty. The desserts where fantastic I had the chocolate nemesis with caramel ice-cream which was just so gorgeous it made my toes curl my partner had home made chocolate ice-cream both were served with biscotti. So glad that Liverpool has another really good Italian restaurant to eat at
Piccolino – Liverpool City CentreThis is a very good restaurant! I am most pleased with Damon's! I have had great Birthdays there!! I'll be there for my next Birthday!
Damons – Mossley HillThe food was extremely tasty and the service was outstanding. I would recommend
Blues Bar – CrosbyI think it is difficult to find such a good south Indian restaurant even in Delhi. REALLY AN AUTHENTIC SOUTH INDIAN CUISINE Dr Ajay Sharma
Maharaja South Indian Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreWe went last night and had a good evening out. Being Spanish, I can say that the food is nice and quite authentic... although some dishes are a bit odd, like the merluza al horno (baked hake) which looked and tasted more like a fish pie than a piece of baked fish. Tapas portions are small to my liking, and you have to order the bread apart, which should not happen in a Spanish restaurant... The meat is good though, reminiscent of Castillan food. Will definitely go back.
La Vina – Liverpool City CentreVery good food, shame it is on the expensive side
Puschka – Liverpool City CentreAuthentic Indian cuisine, very good restaurant my family have been coming for some years now!!!
Surma Tandoori Restaurant – MoretonThe three of us had a very good meal last night at La Vina. The food was traditional Spanish just like we had in Madrid a few months ago. The service was excellent. Our waiter was Mexican, sorry I didn? get his name but he was very good. Also the cost was reasonable. The restaurant was very busy but this just added to the atmosphere. We will be back again soon.
La Vina – Liverpool City CentreExcellent pre theatre meal from the restricted menu in the bistro. Food excellent and ambience and service welcoming. If only the play had been as good. Please consider hope st pre theatre meal. You wont be disappointed. Wine list comprehensive.
60 Hope Street – Liverpool City CentreThis is something a bit different. South Indian food from the province of Kerala - both Sri Lankan and Indian friends have vouched for its authenticity. Its very tasty, well cooked, and a bit different - and its a great place to take people with wheat allergies as the breads are made with gram and rice flour. Try the 'hoppers' - rice flour pancakes - light as a feather, with one of the curries, and the spicy tuna cutlets for starters. Highly recommended.
Maharaja South Indian Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreFantastic chilled live music on a Sunday, really fantastic food and wine, staff very friendly, made my wife's birthday very special
