Fantastic food, friendly and welcoming staff, especially Bradley (I think his name was) behind the bar. Steak was cooked to perfection (King Henry VIII med - rare) Very good portion sizes. Definitely recommend

The Man At Arms – LutterworthWill start with the good , the food was good but the service was absolutely terrible. Have never experienced anything like it. I took my son out for a Saturday meal . Was shown to a table where we struggled to get in to as the tables are that close together we had to sit side by side as there was no way my son could get into his seat opposite me. Ordered our food the waitress came and put some food on our table which was not what I ordered but she insisted it was I asked the table next to us if it was theirs which it was so I ended up serving it to them, I then had a T bone steak thrown on the table and then my sons mixed grill came out I told them I never ordered that but was told that’s what’s on the order explained yet again what I ordered and it was taken away after 10 minutes my steak arrived . No apologies for the service we received, will not be going back

The Man At Arms – LutterworthI used to eat here on a regular basis when I was younger but haven’t been for years, I forgot what I was missing, the food was amazing, I had the Mighty man mixed grill and everything was cooked to perfection, I think my eyes may have been bigger than my stomach though, it was huge, staff were really friendly and the food came out in a very reasonable time, will start to go more often, 10/10 for everything, thanks all.

The Man At Arms – LutterworthI have visited the Man at Arms on quite a few ocassions and the food and customer service has always been of a very good standard. However, I recommended the pub to a friend and visited with them. I was horrified to have been subject to the most horrendous customer service by a young waitress. She was very rude, which meant that our visit was not enjoyable. Although the assistant manager tried his best to accommodate us, our evening had already been off putting. I am not sure that I will return after this.

Sat for an hour before the food arrived....problem being no starter delivered, that got sent back. The starter arrived 15 mins later. Burnt. At this time we decided that enough was enough and left. Staff were clearly having a VERY bad day. No communication with ourselves and clearly between themselves. It wasn't a good atmosphere to spend what was supposed to be a celebration. We were not the first people to complain about the service this evening so there is no doubt a bigger picture. I don't expect this to be passed on to paying diners. I hope whatever issues existed are sorted soon as it's usually great food and service.
