My friend treated my mum for her 90th birthday present for afternoon and I came along too. We had a tour of the Hall first, Mum just the downstairs which she wasn't charged for. The volunteers in the Hall were brilliant. The afternoon tea was gorgeous, in a lovely room with china cups, teapots and proper cake stands. The lady serving us was in a 'tea room' outfit which made it good fun. Highly recommended and we now know where to come for a proper afternoon tea!

What a fabulous experience. Four of us took Lillibets afternoon tea. Wonderful array of food, which was all consumed. Tea and coffee unlimited. Staff very attentive and pleasant. Afterwards we took a tour of the hall. Looking forward to the Christmas tea!

Very enjoyable and atmospheric surroundings. Waitress wore period costume which added to the atmosphere. Vegetarian option catered for and hot drink refills provided. Would definitely book again.

Afternoon tea in the hall was very pleasant experience. And all the staff were so courteous and obliging as they delivered a delicious selection of savoury and sweet morsels to tempt our palates. We also enjoyed the tour around the Hall after our meal. For us it rounded the day off nicely.

Four of us went for afternoon tea & we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The food, setting & service was spot on! Definitely a 5 from all of us. Would highly recommend the house tour too. Very knowledgeable & friendly volunteers.

We really enjoyed our afternoon tea in the delightful setting within Lytham Hall. We did a tour of the hall and grounds first (before the rain!) and everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Can certainly highly recommend it to anyone, and we look forward to coming again.

We had a lovely afternoon tea at Lillibets recently. The sandwiches and desserts were delicious, topped off by a warm scone. One of our party was unable to make it at the last minute, but the staff packed up her tea to be taken home which I was very impressed by. The only disappointment was the clotted cream which was in a jar rather than the “real stuff”.

Yet another wonderful afternoon tea experience at this venue. The food, ambiance & service were superb. I recommend this venue to all my friends.

We had an afternoon tea at Lytham Hall chosen by my mother, to celebrate her 96th birthday and we were not disappointed. My party was a party of 8 people with varying dietary requirements. From the moment we arrived the staff at Lytham Hall were very attentive. The waitresses who served us were highly professional, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They explained about the various items on the afternoon tea stand and ensured that any fish items were separate from the vegetarian / vegan items. We were offered a variety of tea flavours. There was a time limit of 90 minutes for our table, which was ample time to enjoy the afternoon tea at a leisurely pace and enjoy the surroundings in the tea room. Some of my party said afterwards that the afternoon tea was the best they had experienced. My mother had a most enjoyable time and was thrilled with her choice of venue to celebrate her birthday. I would like to thank all of the staff we came into contact with. I would definitely recommend afternoon tea at Lytham Hall to family and friends.

Afternoon joint birthday tea with my friends. The afternoon tea was excellent, the food was lovely with unusual extras, service was friendly with staff in period dress. Table setting with period china. A tour of the hall was included at a reduced rate and was wonderful. When we last toured the hall only a few rooms were restored, now there are three floors. The history is fascinating and it is wonderful that our only period property has been saved and restored. All in all an excellent afternoon. Would recommend to anyone looking for something different to experience!

What a lovely afternoon tea we enjoyed at Lytham Hall. The food was ample and delicious, the prosecco was an unexpected gift and the tea was very welcome. Simon, who served us, was an absolute star and so very polite and amusing with it. Definitely will book again. Thank you.

The complete experience of Lilibet's tea room at Lytham Hall was outstanding. The dining room, the staff the food and the setting could not be faulted. The crockery was lovely and in keeping with the style of the afternoon tea. The food was delicious, with a warning to anyone lucky enough to try the experience: ensure you go there with an empty tummy, as we were certainly full by the end of the serving. There was a constant re-filling of tea and coffee on offer, whilst anyone who couldn't manage all of the food was offered the opportunity to have the remainder boxed for taking away with them. Thoroughly recommended.

What a fantastic experience!! Great service great food… even catered for my dietary needs with no hassle! An excellent way to have spent my 50th birthday! Thank you so much for making it a memorable afternoon!

Came for afternoon tea on Sunday June 9th for a friend's 50th birthday. The food and service were great, Simon couldn't do enough to help us. Our only suggestions for improvement are as follows: my friend has mobility aids and these were all taken away from her and placed out of reach. It is very important that disabled persons have access to their mobility aids at all times, as they are an extension of their personal freedom. As in, they actually need to reach out and be able to grab them. Please educate staff on the importance of this. Furthermore, one lady with short grey hair "greets" people as they enter the main door and is very abrasive, bordering on rude. I experienced the same treatment from her when I last visited in 2022, so much so that another member of staff actually came to apologize to me. It can be difficult with volunteers, but this person is perhaps not best suited to a "customer-facing" role. We love Lytham Hall and will return, hoping that these suggestions will be helpful.

A wonderful Sunday afternoon treat for me and my mother in law. Everything from start to finish was impeccable. We have visited several afternoon tea locations and this was by far the best in terms of quality, service and value for money. Would highly recommend.

Our favourite lunch and coffee stop in Lytham. Amazing coffee and great lunch choices that are different, made in house, full of flavour and healthy too! The service staff are always helpful, attentive and friendly. It's always a treat!
