Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – Lytham
Away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, Lytham holds essential ingredients. The Windmill, Lytham Green, Lytham Hall and the River Ribble estuary overlooking the Welsh mountains are all worthy of a postcard. A host of up-market restaurants will tickle your tastebuds.

Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamWe were given an Afternoon Tea experience as a gift and, overall, we did enjoy it, however, the service seemed to be rather slow although the tea room wasn’t full and the servers were not terribly communicative, other than to offer more drinks or for permission to clear away empty plates. There was also a strange incident around the scones which were promised for the middle layer of the cake stand but it was explained that they were still in the oven and would be delivered warm. This was at about ten past one but it was almost two o’clock when we finally got ours so we felt a little rushed towards the end. There were only six tables to be served but the scones were brought in two at a time and at irregular intervals to each table. Having said that, everything was elegantly presented and the sandwiches were fresh with a nice variety of fillings. The top tier featured the cakes/desserts and those were also very nice, combining fresh fruit with a range of creamy toppings. We had a copious supply of Earl Grey tea which rounded off the whole experience
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamFood was excellent and service good and very polite. The onion bhaji was one of the best I have had
Mohshinas Indian Restaurant – LythamMy partner and I had a wonderful afternoon. Originally we were supposed to meet my brother, but owing to illness, he had to cancel. Just went online to find something to do / and the afternoon tea popped up. Having never been here before, decided to book. The afternoon was absolutely delightful perfect setting and food and beverage was fantastic- very attentive staff. Will be back - Thank you Ladies.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamAs always, the best afternoon tea ever. Always taking any friends or family for the experience. Best excuse to go.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamA very pleasant afternoon at Lytham Hall the food was excellent the staff made us very welcome. Would have liked to view more of the hall unfortunately there was a wedding on which took over the hall! Would like to go again, just a thought , perhaps you could inform people booking an afternoon tea that the hall is out of bounds due to a private function. Many thanks Cllr David Gratrix.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamAttended as a celebration for my birthday, and had a lovely decadent and stylish lunch. The food is plentiful and delicious, all arranged on a 3 tier cake stand, with unlimited tea or coffee served as required. Lilibet's Tea Emporium room is much in keeping with the feeling of the afternoon experience. Good service with an old fashioned quality to it. Simon and Angela were lovely.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamExcellent food, service and surroundings. Simon and Angela were great hosts, and surroundings were beautiful. Everyone was made to feel special. Thanks crete for a lovely afternoon. Recommend to all.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamA delicious tea to celebrate a birthday. Lovely atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Also we enjoyed a tour of the House. I couldn't see a way to book different levels of tea for the same table, as we didn't all want the Prosecco, but perhaps I didn't look carefully enough. A lovely, memorable day.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamWe enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea at Lytham Hall. We had been given a voucher for our wedding anniversary. We were met by welcoming and courteous members of staff, dressed appropriately in black and white, with lace aprons and collars. The food was delicious, well presented and pleasantly sufficient. We did not need to take any home in a carton! The background music was appropriate to the surroundings and relevant to the era of genteel dining. All in all, a very enjoyable experience, which we would certainly recommend. The cheers for the chefs, cooks and waitresses!
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamIt was the first time my husband and I had visited here, we came over from Preston purely for lunch. Nice atmosphere, food was delicious, the only criticisms are we weren’t offered any sauces with our meal or salt and pepper and no butter with the bread that came with the soup. I had a revive juice which was delicious but a tip round be to serve juices and smoothies with bamboo straws as the paper ones go soggy. Food was hot and fresh and we’ll definitely be returning.
The Courtyard – LythamFirstly let me say that we do not do afternoon teas per se . It was a gift from family We had trouble finding the library since we do not know Lytham hall . I have mobility probs and by the time we found it i was tired . Was glad I’d asked for butter on the sandwiches . The ladies were dressed very nicely and I would say the experience was ok Not our cup of tea in fact We shall prob never return .
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamFollowing my visit to Lilibets last year when I enjoyed afternoon tea, I recommended it to a social group and 20 of us visited last week. The setting was delightful and we were impressed by the service provided by Simon and his staff. The food was excellent and provision was made for the two people with dietary requirements. Combined with a tour around the Hall itself a great afternoon was had by all. Excellent value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend again.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamWe had the most enjoyable experience at lilibets afternoon tea. The whole experience was excellent, from the food to the service. Would definitely recommend it.

Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamWe thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea experience, the food and service were first class. We also enjoyed the tour of the old hall, and would highly recommend both the afternoon tea and the tour.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamWe have just enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea with Lilibets at Lytham Hall. The Old Red Library is a wonderful setting and the crisp white tablecloths and sparkling china set the scene perfectly for a memorable afternoon. The sandwiches and cakes were all delicious but a special mention goes to the warm trifle/crumble that was served- wonderful. The service team led by Simon was delightful and attentive; we will definitely be back for more.
