Afternoon joint birthday tea with my friends. The afternoon tea was excellent, the food was lovely with unusual extras, service was friendly with staff in period dress. Table setting with period china. A tour of the hall was included at a reduced rate and was wonderful. When we last toured the hall only a few rooms were restored, now there are three floors. The history is fascinating and it is wonderful that our only period property has been saved and restored. All in all an excellent afternoon. Would recommend to anyone looking for something different to experience!

What a lovely afternoon tea we enjoyed at Lytham Hall. The food was ample and delicious, the prosecco was an unexpected gift and the tea was very welcome. Simon, who served us, was an absolute star and so very polite and amusing with it. Definitely will book again. Thank you.

The complete experience of Lilibet's tea room at Lytham Hall was outstanding. The dining room, the staff the food and the setting could not be faulted. The crockery was lovely and in keeping with the style of the afternoon tea. The food was delicious, with a warning to anyone lucky enough to try the experience: ensure you go there with an empty tummy, as we were certainly full by the end of the serving. There was a constant re-filling of tea and coffee on offer, whilst anyone who couldn't manage all of the food was offered the opportunity to have the remainder boxed for taking away with them. Thoroughly recommended.

What a fantastic experience!! Great service great food… even catered for my dietary needs with no hassle! An excellent way to have spent my 50th birthday! Thank you so much for making it a memorable afternoon!

Came for afternoon tea on Sunday June 9th for a friend's 50th birthday. The food and service were great, Simon couldn't do enough to help us. Our only suggestions for improvement are as follows: my friend has mobility aids and these were all taken away from her and placed out of reach. It is very important that disabled persons have access to their mobility aids at all times, as they are an extension of their personal freedom. As in, they actually need to reach out and be able to grab them. Please educate staff on the importance of this. Furthermore, one lady with short grey hair "greets" people as they enter the main door and is very abrasive, bordering on rude. I experienced the same treatment from her when I last visited in 2022, so much so that another member of staff actually came to apologize to me. It can be difficult with volunteers, but this person is perhaps not best suited to a "customer-facing" role. We love Lytham Hall and will return, hoping that these suggestions will be helpful.

A wonderful Sunday afternoon treat for me and my mother in law. Everything from start to finish was impeccable. We have visited several afternoon tea locations and this was by far the best in terms of quality, service and value for money. Would highly recommend.

Our favourite lunch and coffee stop in Lytham. Amazing coffee and great lunch choices that are different, made in house, full of flavour and healthy too! The service staff are always helpful, attentive and friendly. It's always a treat!

my guess and I had a wonderful afternoon. The staff were amazing friendly but not losing their efficiency or professionalism..... Obviously well trained and very aware of Customer needs. The tea itself was delightful. . Two of us were vegetarian and it made a lovely change not to have quarm sandwich slung between thick bread . Cakes were yummy- Certainly some of the best we have tasted in a long time .We were not rushed and have plenty of time to relax and enjoy each other's company. The staff were attentive Whilst being almost invisible. We were all very impressed. Thank you to those Who prepared such a wonderful treat and to everyone involved with the organisation. Abd Of course the two lovely staff in their Georgian outfits.

FABULOUS intimate afternoon tea, It took place in a authentic Georgian parlour where you table was prepared for your arrival, two sitting per afternoon so you do mot feel rushed. food was delicious and varied, service attentive and friendly. Highly recommend you visit.

Excellent afternoon tea served in a really historic room within Lytham Hall. The service was both friendly and efficient and the sandwiches, hot treats and cakes were first class. Overall a great experience. Your tea also comes with a reduced price to go round the hall itself. which is well worth a visit. The guides were friendly and informative and took time to explain things and answer questions. I would fully recommend both the afternoon tea and a visit round the hall

We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea. The food was excellent along with the service by the two waitresses. The whole ambience was delightful and made my Wife's Birthday celebrations extra special. We shall be back for more of the experience!!

Superb afternoon tea in historic and well presented country house. All the staff were unfailingly friendly and attentive. Food quality, quantity and service were excellent. It was the best afternoon tea I’ve ever eaten - and I’ve eaten a fair number. I would certainly return.

It was great - my 6 year old granddaughter was given her own 3 tier plate aas she is dairy intolerant- I forgot to take her photo - the lovely waiter was so smartly dressed and brought another teapot as we drank the first one - he packed up we couldn’t eat in a carry home box
