The 2 of us came yesterday for our first visit. We had a fabulous day. The afternoon tea was exceptional,such a good assortment of sandwiches,warm scone, cakes and desserts. This was delicious and very quickly our cakes were packaged for us to bring home. Totally faultless,thank you so much.

The afternoon tea was a real delight. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. Such a positive experience. My daughter had a gluten free tea which was excellent. All the volunteers in the shops were so friendly and helpful. We had a really pleasant afternoon. Thankyou.

We visited Lytham Hall and Lillibets on 29/7/25. We had a fantastic time. We took my sister and brother in law who were over from Canada and surprised them. They loved it. Food, attention to detail was brilliant.

Love the atmosphere and the outstanding afternoon tea, absolutely first class, can’t wait to return.

What a great place Everyone and everything was great. Would like to know where you get your coffee. The best we have ever had. Also the scones were out of this world. Keep up the great work. Hope to be back next year

Had a lovely afternoon tea with my sisters this week. I'd had a less than perfect experience the week before, and had spoken on the phone with one of the staff. My concerns had been addressed and we had an excellent time. So thankyou to all at Lytham Hall.

Been coming here for years, there have been a few changes. Nice refurb, but still unfinished. The staff, as always, were all attentive and cheerful. The only downside was a half-an-hour wait as the pizza oven wasnt ready, so we had to wait. Once we did receive our food, it was all outstanding, which we always expect from here. Once these little glitches have been ironed out, I know this restaurant will excel as usual. We look forward to returning soon.

What a wonderful and grown -up way to spend an afternoon ! Staff so attentive and food delicious with traditional choices. Cannot wait to go again.

Absolutely fantastic food & service! Definitely be back!

Gorgeous ambience in the dining room with waiting staff dressed in period costume and walls lined with huge pictures. Tables beautifully set with China plates & cups and saucers and tea served from traditional china teapots. Plenty top ups of tea and coffee and jugs of water provided to. The afternoon tea was presented exactly as in the advertised photo: on a tiered China stand with selection of tiny sandwiches with crusts cut off. Several mini cakes and desserts followed by warm fruit scones with cream and jam. The whole experience was wonderful, with waiting staff taking good care of our every need. The afternoon tea was very filling and some diners took some things home in boxes. Highly recommend. Would go again for a special occasion. Only comment I could make to.improve might be to have some classical music planning in the background.

Lovely afternoon tea with 5 friends. We did the Sunday afternoon. Good variety and quality of food great. Efficient friendly staff and pretty surroundings. China crockery and spotless white tablecloths. Food served on tiered cake stands and warm scones to finish.

The food is great. Definitely need to book as it gets busy,the staff were great very friendly and welcoming.

The food was great! The atmosphere was very lively, it was very busy, so you need to book, but quite noisy at first but quietened down later. Would definitely go again when in area. Bit pricey though, but worth it I thought.

Went for a family meal with our 8 year old. The service was brilliant, really friendly and welcoming. The food was great, we all had pizzas and they didn't disappoint. They even made a cute kids one with 'ears' for our son! Been here a few times and always hits high levels.
