Don't know why we haven't been for so long - it's just as good as it was 5 or 6 years ago. Delicious food, friendly service, as if we're the only ones that matter. Cosy atmosphere. Have already recommended to others. Thank you for making it a lovely evening.

Bacchus Restaurant – MacclesfieldWe went to the Salt Bar last night for the first time in a few years, as we now lie in Macclesfield and I remembered it as being a lovely place. It was the restaurant's 10th birthday (a real achievement these days). Our food was absolutely delicious: we had a sharing platter to start, crayfish parpadelle and cabbage wrap for mains and then a sharing chocolate brownie dish for dessert. It was all top notch. the service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere is just right. We'll be back...

Special thanks to the staff - everybody was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We sat in the outside/inside space and it was really lovely. We would definitely recommend.
