We went here for my birthday the other day - a group of 24 people. They were happy to let us have the table all evening, the service was great and friendly, we had the a la carte menu so we could cater for various diets/food allergies, but the kitchen coped magnificently despite the restaurant being very busy. Everyone commented on how lovely the food was, how good the service was, how good the atmosphere was. We all had a great time. And I found the chairs comfortable (nice as I have a bad back and some Italian restaurants go for those uncomfortable wooden ones). 5*.
