Friendly staff good service would eat here again went for food prior to the theatre and it didn’t disappoint

Had a great evening in here. Great food, the deal for the theatre was on and was very good value compared to a lot of similar Italians. The waiter was very friendly and the place had a great vibe, id definitely go again Great work

We booked to eat after the theatre and the location for palace theatre was excellent. Our group of 5 had a lovely time. The food was delicious and the staff professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend. We were in a room to the back of the restaurant which felt slightly more private but the main seating area might have more atmosphere if that’s important to you

Had a great meal here, ordered 2 starters and shared a pizza. The starters were delicious, calamari and ribs, and the main - a pizza mafiosa, the best pizza I've ever had. Service was great and staff were very patient as we took a bit of a while to choose, mainly because there was a lot of choice. Highly recommend it here. Great atmosphere too.

Great food, great staff great drinks. Highly recommended. Lots of choice and we ordered a massive variety and everything tasted great.

Very friendly staff who were extremely attentive. Food was quickly served and delicious although a bit bland. Food was rather expensive, however, a positive experience regardless.

We went for a pre theatre lunch, absolutely fabulous, delicious food, all staff extremely attentive (Thimios and Alia, I think they were called ) We were seated by the serving hatch and engaged with the chefs. Very pleasant experience. Recommend the carbonara and my sister loved the Parmigiana. When in Manchester again, we will certainly be back. Maybe even take a trip to town especially.

Had a theatre booking and needed a nearby restaurant. Found Giorgios and it was the best find. The food was top notch and tasty never had such succulent chicken wings! Seafood pasta was very fresh, tasted wonderful. Prawn dish was also divine. The best part was the hospitality, the managand all waiters on duty where just excellent. Loved it so much booking for private dinner to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Thank you, we had a lovely evening thanks to you.

Booked last minute as couldn't get into Don Giovanni and I'm so pleased it worked out this way. Took mum after afternoon matinee and it couldn't have been better. Food lovely and plentiful. Staff friendly and despite being short staffed they couldn't do enough for us. I definitely recommend.

Booked it for New Year’s Day and went for the timing we set and wasn’t open. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone wasn’t happy considering most places on New Year’s Day night is booking only !

Well, what can I say. After reading all the good reviewsI decided to book for the evening of 1 January 2022 to celebrate my granddaughter’s 17 Birthday. We had booked a matinee performance at the Palace Theatre and we were really looking forward to our meal. I had booked the table a few months ago and had a confirmation of my booking the eve of our trip. We returned to our hotel, got refreshed and changed and made our way to the restaurant- to find that it was not open. We couldn’t believe what we were seeing, especially when we received the confirmation the day before and we couldn’t see any other apologies up on the doors or window. To top it all up I’ve just this moment received another e mail to write a review of our experience at the restaurant which pushed me to write this review. Very disappointed Gran and Grandaughter. So I’m not in n a position to comment on the first two reviews but I have given them zero for service as I think letting people know about any changes is part of the service. I’ve left the other reviews as I found them

I went for a meal with 2 friends on NYE, and I will definitely be going back when I return to Manchester. The food was beautiful, the staff were lovely and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. It was a tad pricey but well worth it!

We dined on New Year's Eve ahead of a concert from the pre-theatre menu. All the party enjoyed the food , service was excellent and very friendly. Very much enjoyed and we will be back.

Been here couple of times before lovely meal, this time was horrendous too be honest, I know there was lack of staff but hey I’ll be back and hope for a better experience next time x

6 of us dined as Gio's. last minute booking. The staff sorted us out with a table no probs. Everyone had starters and mains with not a bad word said. Food was amazing and service was just as good, we would highly recommend dining here and we certainly will if we ever venture back to Manchester for a short break.

1st visit to Giorgio's but definitely not our last. We received a very warm welcome on arrival even though the restaurant was really busy. Food was delicious and really good value.
