Booked a table online. Greeted with a smile and shown to our table. Lovely waiting on staff. Food arrived promptly and was delicious. We both enjoyed our lunch and look forward to a return visit. Thank you to all the staff at the Wheatsheaf.

The Wheatsheaf at Beetham – MilnthorpeVisited restaurant Saturday 24th June pleasantly greeted and found the staff excellent the drinks reasonably priced and the food very good, also good portions well presented. The restaurant itself was well decorated and clean and a pleasant place to be, I noticed it was very dog friendly and this made it a more homely and welcoming place. In a beautiful building very well restored. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

When our meals arrived which was quite a bit later, I found the fish batter too greasy for my taste but my husband enjoyed his ham, eggs and chips although the eggs were not runny. Also a tad expensive in general
