lovely food, great service

What a fantastic meal my friend and I had at Kafeneon! It was my friend's first time there but I come here every time I visi from North Wales; it's a highlight and I wasn't disappointed. Authentic Greek food, lovely staff and a lovely atmosphere. I would recommend Kafeneon to anyone. Also, the refurbishment has 100% enhanced the place. Love it, love it, love it!!!

Came here to celebrate my sisters 18th birthday and everything was fantastic. The service was great, the food was gorgeous and came out relatively fast. The drinks were lovely. The staff were amazing, and after I enquired if they could maybe put a candle in my sisters desert to sing happy birthday they were so happy to do so and it just made the meal even more special.

Great food and great service, the portions are huge!! Extremely good value for money. I will definitely return

Amazing! I’ve only ever been to Kafeneon as a couple and it’s always been excellent. I arranged to go as part of a large group on Saturday night and despite the numbers, the service and the food were still absolutely faultless. Someone once told me that in a restaurant you can only ever have at most 2 out 3 from excellent service, excellent food, and excellent value for money. Kafeneon proves he was absolutely wrong as they manage all 3! Just yum.

Food was once again fantastic 9 in our party and all agreed how good it was. Service was quick and very well delivered all staff we engaged with were exceptional.

There is nowhere in the North East for Turkish food that is better than Red Mezze. The portions are huge, the food quality is outstanding and most of all the price is extremely competitive compared to other restaurants. The service from the staff was also amazing on our visit, we can't wait to come back!

Been here four three times before last night's visit but last night was not the best, ribs and wings combo no fries like stated on the menu. Still the food we had was great so just a mixed bag.

To be honest it really wasn’t great. We went there in 2019 and loved it but really as t impressed. Food was poor, service was too quick (like they wanted to close early?), just didn’t have a good night

Amazing food and fantastic value as always at Red Mezze. When your Turkish barber tells you that this is where he, his family and friends all go to eat then you know it must be good. Service is also fantastic
