The best greek food I ever had, and I had many because I like Greek kitchen. Service was excellent and very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

By far the BEST Greek restaurant in the North East. Fantastic and friendly staff, absolutely delicious food and cocktails (and the sangria wasn’t bad too!) and great atmosphere- especially if you’re lucky enough to get a table to dine outside when the sun’s out!

We had another lovely meal at kafeneon. Sat outside in the sunshine, food and wine were delicious and staff were friendly and attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed, will be back and would definitely recommend.

Amazing service, amazing food

Warm welcome and great food I've been visiting Kafeneon for years and have never had a bad meal. There's always a friendly greeting, helpful staff and good food at a sensible price. The taste is fresh and flavours are simply yum.

Best Greek food in Newcastle! Interior makes you feel like you are in Greece, having a big meal with your family and friends. Staff is lovely and ver7 attentive. Good value for money with big portions.
