Booked here with friends for a Christmas catch up. Food did not disappoint. This is probably the best tapas we have had outside of Spain. The quality of the food was exceptional and incredible value for money. We will definitely come again.

Had been told about this restaurant by my partner, was welcomed and shown to our table, staff were really friendly and helpful, food we both had was amazing, as was the service, was really happy with the bill for what we had was great, will definitely be back.

Visited Red Mezze for the first time recently and I was so impressed I was back a week later. Best value for money I’ve had in a long time. It was a busy Saturday but service still excellent and staff still smiling.

Fabulous food! We always make a point of visiting whenever we’re in Newcastle — it’s a real treat every time. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff are always welcoming, friendly, and chatty, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended.

Another fantastic meal at the Landmark! Despite having had an extremely busy early evening, the staff were attentive and welcoming and food was amazing! One of our favourite places to have a family meal in Newcastle.

We had a great afternoon at the exchange watching the derby. It was warm, friendly and had a lovely atmosphere. The only fault I would say was the smell of the gents toilets, it was overpowering.

Lovely midweek lunch with a friend It was quite busy, nice atmosphere Staff very attentive and friendly. We had the 2 course special and the portions were very good, food was lush, very tasty.......We didn't feel rushed after plates were cleared so had another Efes and chatted for a while...as you do ... Definitely will be back ❤️

Great food and wonderful service at a very reasonable price

Fantastic service - very friendly staff, really attentive, gave a couple of little freebies seemingly just to be kind. We were a big group of 9 so we were tucked away in the furthest room. The staff still kept checking in on though, we certainly weren't forgotten about. The room was a little cold, but as soon as we mentioned it, they put a heater on and it warmed just fine. Food was delicious. Everyone in out party found something they really liked from the range of vegan and vegetarian options, to the fussy carnivore, plus a good selection of drinks. It's a few years since we last went, but we'll certainly be back.

We ate and drank here on Saturday night and had an a perfect time. It is usually just me and Heidi, but we brought my mate and his wife along this time and it was spot on. The place had the usual buzz without being too loud and the food was unreal. Every dish came out fresh and full of flavour and there was not a scrap left on the plates. Service was friendly and relaxed, our off menu cocktails were mixed to perfection. Gaz and Emma loved it just as much as we did. To notch food, proper good night. We will definitely be back to lap up the authentic tapas and atmosphere.
