Super food and super service! We took some visiting family here on Saturday night during Restaurant Week. I was worried it might be too busy or might not be suitable for a young child but he had a great time - loved the food, and loved the attention from the waiting staff! It was really busy when we were there, but you wouldn’t have known it - everything was served in great time and the staff were really attentive.

We visited on Saturday afternoon during restaurant week. Despite the restaurant being busy during lunch service the staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely attentive. The food was amazing and we felt well looked after! 10/10 would recommend!

The BEST restaurant in Newcastle! Absolutely gorgeous food, and amazing cocktails. There’s nothing not to like about Kafeneon. The restaurant is lovely inside and the staff are so friendly.

It was an excellent experience. Thankyou would recommend and will be back. Portions were huge so we cudnt manage desert .

Excellent food, excellent service. Ate here on numerous occasions and dined on every floor, (aswell as outside, in warmer months) all of which are comfy and well decorated. Would definitely recommend again and again

Ate her during Newcastle Restaurant Week and as usual the food was delicious. We’ve eaten here with friends on lots of occasions, sometimes introducing people new to Kafeneon, all have enjoyed the food, ambience and great service. Never falters, quality, quantity, service and reasonable prices remain as high as first visit.

Booked kafeneon for birthday meal, and thoroughly enjoyed it the meal was beautiful the service was tremendous all the staff very attentive, will definitely be back again especially in the summer to Sit outside...Great value for money.
