Use the best ingredients, treat them with respect, cook them to perfection and the result is dinner at Jorge's. Whilst the kitchen is tiny, the food coming from it is magnificent. Jorge will guide you through the menu and Anna will serve you with a smile. Plus you can enjoy the best of beers - SuperBock as well as Portuguese wines, which are amongst the best in the world.

Highly recommend Jorge’s for truly authentic Portuguese cuisine. A charming venue and with lovely service. We ordered a selection of 9 tapas dishes between 3 of us, which were delicious and the house red wine paired beautifully. Thank you, we look forward to coming back soon.

Returning customers to Jorge’s, and had lunch there before heading to the theatre. Shared piri piri chicken, three different tapas dishes, sweet potato fries and olives & bread between the two of us, and we loved our meal just as much as our prior four or five visits! Our service was fantastic too! We will definitely come back again in the foreseeable future.

Fantastic meal, the food was delicious. Only bit we would fault was receiving 1 portion of chips for a sharing meal. If we knew we would have ordered an extra side. But the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Lovely restaurant and with a great happy atmosphere. Definitely will be visiting again

Excellent food in a very intimate setting with a very personal service. We enjoyed a great mix of traditional and also very unusual dishes over the course of an evening. Excellent wine and cheese too! Highly recommended.

I took my daughters for dinner and had the most amazing meal. We started with the octopus in the escabeche sauce which was one of the best things I have ever tasted. We then had the seafood platter. Every bit of seafood was perfect. The whole thing was delicious. Would thoroughly recommend.

Booked for dinner on recommendation from a friend. Lovely little cozy restaurant friendly helpful staff. Menu looked amazing and we were not disappointed. Our meal was amazing and the paired wine was also superb. Will be back again soon.

We came for a meal not knowing what to expect and ordered the seafood platter. Absolutely superb mix of flavours and beautifully presented. We're not really into photographing our meals but couldn't resist this time. Excellent service and atmosphere - what's not to like? We'll be back.

Once again, Jorge's didn't disappoint! My birthday tapas lunch was delicious, and the glass of wine we were advised to try with our food was a perfect match. Excellent quality, exquisite food and friendly and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back!

Visiting our son in Norwich led to regular lunches at Jorge’s restaurant for its delicious and entirely authentic Portuguese ‘tapas’ menu. This was our first time in the evening, focused around delicious steaks and seafood and we were equally delighted, absolutely delicious, once again with a very Portuguese twist. A little pricey but you do get what you pay for. A Norwich dining must.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here last night. We went all out and shared the seafood platter with fries and a salad. The seafood was very fresh and delicious and beautifully presented. It was so attractive that a diner on the next table asked if she too could take a photo . Puddings were also good, I had the almond tart which was gorgeous and my husband had the caramelised pineapple . We had the most delightful waitress who couldn’t have been more helpful . It was a lovely place for a special occasion.

This was our first visit to Jorges & what a find! The seafood was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and the service was excellent- the staff are attentive & friendly and happy to explain the menu. The desserts are superb too, I can recommend the almond tart with lavender ice cream. Our only regret is that we’re not local to the area but we have highly recommended it to family we came up from Surrey to see. Can’t wait to visit again!

Absolutely adore this wonderful cosy restaurant with its lovely ambience - food is fantastically good and and numerous delicious Cataplanas have been shared here. Excellent wines and menu choices and all the staff are a delight. Thank you to everyone once again for a fabulous evening. Full marks!
