Had a really lovey lunch here. Very big portions and value for money with good service. Lovely pub in nice setting. Am sure in the summer it would be a lovely place to sit outside.

As always the food. drink, service and ambience was perfect, our "go to" restaurant.

Quality food and excellent service

Booked a table to celebrate our daughters promotion. The reviews were very encouraging. The Pub was a midway point for both our respective journeys. The food was excellent, staff were very accommodating. To the Chef’s, amazing delivery of food and tasty. A great choice and would highly recommend.

My mother, sister and I had an exceptionally delightful meal at the Admiral Nelson. The food was excellent, the service above par and will definitely be attending again before too long. I can thoroughly recommend this venue, it was great to see it very busy and on a Thursday. 10/10

Perfect afternoon out

Our first visit to this lovely little pub. 15/11/25 Excellent food, the Risotto was particularly good. Staff were very polite and helpful. Good value, will definitely be back.

A great menu using lots of locally sourced produced and prepared beautifully. Our meal was excellent, the restaurant atmosphere was great and the additional 10% discount as a saints season ticket holder made it excellent value for money. Would nit hesitate to recommend.
