Excellent food as usual and first class service by happy smiling staff. I’ve been to the Hopping Hare several times and will continue going there because it offers all round delicious food relaxed atmosphere and a first class outing for a first class meal.

Went for lunch on a Friday . Was fairly quiet but good and service excellent

Had an early evening meal before the Northampton Saints cup match . Excellent friendly service in a busy restaurant. My fish and chips was outstanding, beautiful piece of haddock, I know my fish and this was one of the best ever. My wife had the chicken breast which she loved. We eat out a lot, and this was a lovely prelude to an exciting evening.

A lovely meal again last night, had the taster menu which was superb as always. We prefer it when there's not 2 desserts in the menu though. Faultless staff and service

We went on Friday evening and the food was lovely. Everything was delicious, service was great and we really enjoyed our evening. We will definitely be back

food was delicious, group of 9 of us everything tasted amazing. Beers were superb, tried the 1664 Blanc - equally as delicious as the food. service was great just a tad slow. definitely will go back

I have visited the Hopping Hare several times in the last few months and have received excellent service and excellent food each time. I’ve been for Sunday lunch, mid week lunch several times and afternoon tea as well. Each time it was the same. Faultless service and the same for food. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Hopping Hare to anyone!!

A glorious celebration!! As a family, we have been coming to The Hopping Hare for the last couple of years, sometimes for a last minute meal, and other times for big family celebrations, and yesterday was one of these. My parents celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary and 12 of us came together for a fabulous meal. The staff, food and service was outstanding as always - thank you!!
