Fabulous cooking and wonderful service

We had a wonderful meal at Jorge's on Friday 14th Jan. Very good professional staff. We are familiar with the excellent quality of Portuguese food and Jorge's didn't disappoint. Great selection of meat, fish and vegetable dishes. Incredible flavours. Something for everyone.

We visited on Saturday evening last weekend. Simply put, this was an absolutely fantastic meal. There were 3 of us who dined and the menu was great. The wine list was robust and well thought through. We normally do not eat locally preferring to travel to London as it’s a better selection. Jorge has changed our mind on this. Staff were really nice, plenty of room and a lovely ambiance. Found this place only last week after living in Norwich for 3 years . We had wonderful tasty Portuguese Tapas in a small but lovely dining area . Staff were top and very helpful in helping my wife with her food allergies Highly recommended and next visit already planned

Instantly one of my new favourite restaurants. I can't believe it has taken me nearly 5 years of living in Norwich to discover this place. Food, service, experience were all first rate. Already planning my next visit and when I can have those clams again.

Great lunch. Special marks for the fish salad, the pork & the asparagus/beans. The creme brulee and the traditional cake were both really clean and well balanced. The house wine Flic is tasty and great value. We had a lovely welcome the service was understated - attentive yet not OTT. Lovely time. Thank you.

So glad we booked, small and beautifully independent bistro style restaurant. Simplicity at its best with great food (we did tapas), try the green wine and a big thank you to the lovely staff and owners. we will be back!
