The Bifanas cafe is a really welcome addition to Norwich cafes. Distinct, extremely tasty food. A great way to sample Jorges on the go. And they have excellent wines at less than you'd pay for something in a local pub. Use it or lose it people!

Second time for lunch this month, food and service excellent, as always! A little bit on the chilly side.

Don’t usually write restaurant reviews but Jorges was incredible. Really delicious food, and wonderful waiting staff. We had tapas and would highly recommend.

Excellent meal and great choice of fish dishes

Thanks very much indeed to the lovely, attentive, front of house Anna and Jorge, the exceptionally talented chef for a fabulous meal. We particularly enjoyed the black pork dish and the beautifully prepared and presented octopus. This is probably a 'one off' issue due to supply, but the pepper and tomato pâté would have been nicer with the advertised sesame crackers rather than the cream crackers and 'Ritz' style biscuits which our dish came with. However, this is a minor point which would certainly not stop us from recommending this delightful restaurant to our friends. We wish you great success in the future.

This was our second visit and we just couldn't wait to come back, we ertainly weren't disappointed. The tapas are amazing, we tried a different selection this time and just as good. It is such a relaxing atmosphere it makes yo9u feel t hat you are on hooliday in warmer climes. Thank you so much, we will be back again soon

The food and the service are always brilliant in Jorges but it's the atmosphere we love. If you didn't know it was 3 degrees outside you could quite well believe you were holidaying in Portugal. Can't wait for our next visit.

Absolutely fantastic. One of the best restaurant experiences I've had. They had some complications with their alcohol license so they let us bring our own bottle of wine, which reduced the bill significantly and we ended up ordering more food as a result. They served it for us, very professionally and served incredible food. They we so kind and polite and gave good recommendations. Definitely coming back to such a wonderful place with a fantastic atmosphere

Food was delicious and the service was fantastic. A bit too pricey for what it was though.
