Really lovely atmosphere at Jorge's last night - they have a fab covered area in the courtyard, with really good heaters to keep you warm! We were not cold at all - I would highly recommend Jorge's as a great place to be for outdoor dining. The food and wine were all delicious - the wine in particular is always very good value - you can get a really good bottle for under £30 which is quite rare these days. We absolutely love the Pica Pau starter and the Portuguese pastel de nata are without a doubt, the best in Norwich - they should be, as they are made by a Portuguese! Thank you Jorge!

This was the second time we visited Jorges and it was as perfect as the first time. Once again Jorge and his team created such delicious meals and provided an amazing environment. Staff were as attentive, friendly and informative as before and we were extremely impressed as to how they coped with opening after lockdown. We were seated outside under a carpet of fairy lights surrounded by heaters, it was a perfect evening. I really can’t rate Jorges enough, it really is a truly welcoming and friendly experience where you’re treated like a guest and not a customer. The food is just exceptional, the beef melted in the mouth and I have never had hams which had so much flavour.

We went on Tapas Tuesday and the food was really nice, very tasty! It was during Covid when it was just outdoor dining only, they had a lovely little set up, and the atmosphere was nice and chilled and the staff were friendly. We will definitely come back when we’re next in the area! Thank you!

Terrible food - the worst I've ever had. We went to "tapas Tuesday" one of the dishes was actually a tin of peas and carrots warmed up and another was topped with kp dry roasted peanuts. The bread was stale. Horrendously over priced £19.50 pp for five awful tapas dishes. Really disappointed. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were pleasant .

With the weather and the restrictions that are currently in place Jorges restaurant was extremely hospitable. The food was amazing and I look forward to going back in the near future.

Amazing dining experience! Firstly the staff were very attentive and even arranged another table for us to sit at whilst we waiting for our main dining table under the heaters. They took time to discuss the menu and answer any questions. The atmosphere was wonderful with beautiful lights outside - yet still covid compliant. The food is so so good with great fish and meat options, they also have sharing platters which are great for groups! Cannot fault the experience and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Fantastic food and First class service. Starter, main and desert were delicious and very well presented. The wine suggestions were spot on. We had to sit outside due to restrictions. The courtyard was cosy and plenty of heaters- didn’t need a coat on. Jorge and his staff did everything they could to make sure we had a most comfortable and enjoyable evening. 10/10. Will be going back again and again.

Visited for lunch and food was excellent. Had to change time of booking last minute but restaurant very obliging. Heaters outside worked well in the cold. Tables well spaced for Covid restrictions. Friendly staff.

A great welcome with well-arranged outdoor Covid secure provision. Lovely to be dining outdoors again for a small family celebration. Terrific Portuguese food, great service, very nice wine A real treat! Recommended .

What a lovely experience - even though the weather was cold and wet the outdoor heaters worked a treat and the great food and excellent wine more than made up for the weather ! The service was excellent , very attentive and helpful and we did not have to wait to be served at any point during the meal. All the food was good but the ribs were excellent and the crime brûlée and custard pies were stars . We will definitely return and will recommend to others .

We have come here many times, sometimes for lunch and other times for dinner and I must say, we have never been disappointed!! Everything on the menu is delicious, the Francesenia during Lunch being one of my all times favourites and the Octopus during dinner. We highly recommend, Jorge and staff are friendly, charming and rather adorable and no words can decide the taste of the food other than perhaps perfection.

An evening visit having to be outside due to restrictions. Table for 6 in courtyard. Actually although only 8 degrees the heaters were great and even had to take coat off As always food was exceptional, as was the service. Not the cheapest, but you pay for quality which is what you get. Will be back again soon. Madagascan prawns are something else.

Absolutely amazing food, fantastic service, great atmosphere! All in all one of the best places I have ever visited! Can’t wait to come back!
