Five of us had a lovely meal at the Queens head . Booking online was very easy and the meal and service was excellent.

I visited The Queens Head some months ago to meet up with a canal-borne friend. We had a splendid lunch, so it was a natural choice for another with a business friend. He was equally impressed. I shall doubtless be back again.spon

We regularly come here for a Sunday roast, as it's one of the best in the area. Furniture could do with replacing, and decor needs a bit of TLC, but we go for the food, not so much the decor. Always plenty of staff working.

Fantastic food. Succulent steak and a wonderful seafood platter. All in a nice relaxed environment. Good friendly staff.

The mussels from the specials board were delicious My companions also their cod fillet with tomatoes and garlic The accompanying station bitter was also extremely good

We have always found the staff very friendly on arrival and quickly shown to a table where a drinks order is taken while we decide on the menu. On return with drinks the staff ask whether we have chosen or need more time. The menu and specials are very comprehensive and unusual in that there is more than standard pub food. The food on arrival was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. I had the gammon with sauté mushrooms and my wife had chicken curry, both meals were good portions and very well cooked. We travel over an hour and have never been disappointed.

We have been going to the Queens Head since 1998 , we nearly always have a good meal there ,the food is usually very good and tasty . We reserved a table yesterday in the middle room , although when we got there the table was in the bar by the fireplace , yes but I had asked for the middle room , we are very busy was the reply but we did we got our table in the middle room . It was chaotic in the place ,so uncomfortable, unfriendly staff no one smiling just all rushing around, far too busy to take notice. Couldn't fault the food it was hot tasty only one little dish of veg , not enough for two people, but hey ho that's what it is , It's a shame really, that they don't care about their customers . Reading other reviews what day are the staff friendly, we will have to go on that day

Very good Sunday Lunch,good portions all cooked well but beef was not as tender as we wanted every thing else spot on

We booked at short notice via the website, staff were welcoming and friendly even though I’m sure they had had a very busy day. We were served swiftly And food was delicious

We arrived Earle and it was no problem to the staff. Many choices on the menu and specials. We really enjoyed our dinner and the service was excellent.TNk you
