The Greedy Badger at The Miller Arms – Poulton-Le-FyldeEnjoyed a lovely lunch yesterday. With a friend I’d not seen for a while and who hadn’t been to Thyme before. Food was beautiful, service great and never felt rushed.
Thyme – PoultonI wish I didn’t have to say anything but I wasn’t happy with our fish chips and mushy peas we found our fish was over cooked the peas were bland and tasted like frozen peas that had been in a blender and the meal was just warm .
Thyme – PoultonEvening meal was excellent and good service as usual. Never had a bad meal here and they do lovely coffee and cakes during the day
Thyme – Poulton5 star!
Thyme – PoultonOur party of 4 went for lunch at 2pm on a Monday and we all enjoyed our meals. We had a starter and a main meal each, the food was good but slightly overpriced for what it was. The presentation of the food was good and the service was just right.
Thyme – PoultonHad Sunday lunch, although at 4.30pm. The food was nice, but it felt like the veg had been cooked a few hours earlier and had been warmed up. The service was excellent and staff very friendly, although we were the only guests in for around the last half hour before it closed. (It was actually advertised as closing at 11.00pm Would visit again, but not at that time.
Thyme – PoultonI used sugarvine to make a reservation for Thyme, sadly the restaurant wasn’t opened at the time advertised and the time I’d booked. I recommend Thyme update the opening hours advertised to prevent this happening again.
Thyme – PoultonReally lovely evening meal. It was quiet but still cosy and staff so welcoming. Recommend the mushroom starter- Devine. Lovely informal dining for friends and family. We are now regulars!!
Thyme – PoultonThree of us went for Sunday lunch and we all had a roast, two beef and one turkey. All the food was beautifully cooked and there was plenty. There was a good range of vegetables, including crispy roast potatoes and delicious cauliflower cheese. The Yorkshire pudding was large and crispy. The accompanying gravy was very tasty. All round this was a highly pleasant meal.
Thyme – PoultonJust lovely as ever, staff, service and food
Thyme – PoultonEnjoyed meal friendly great service will definitely visit again.
