Enjoyed a delicious evening meal with friends. Food was really good quality, staff friendly and attentive and a nice atmosphere as well. would definitely recommend.

*First visit* Just wanted to say what a lovely breakfast my friend and I enjoyed there this morning. Staff were brilliant. My poached eggs were cooked perfectly and the streaky bacon all crisp with a delicious creamy hollandaise topping them… mmmmm We’ll definitely be back!

Great food, comfy surroundings and staff lots of fun

I organised a retirement meal for a colleague at The Ginger Bistro. All attendees had a fantastic time. The food was absolutely delicious, the venue itself really gorgeous (great photos) and the staff went out of their way to look after our group. Will definitely be returning, Thankyou

Had the 2 course lunch time menu.The food and service were both excellent.It was good value for the money and had a lovely friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be going again.

The food is amazing, good portions. It’s so good that we never have space left for dessert (which are also great). The staff is friendly and always helpful. The ambience is perfect for nice and relaxing evening. 5/5 ⭐️

We had a lovely meal on Saturday night. The service from our waiter James was just perfect even though the restaurant was busy. There was plenty of choice for all our dietary requirements and we all thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely be back!

Food ok. Service ok. Got the wrong main course ( burger) . Decided to have a desert but had to hurry to finish as the next people wanted the table

Excellent meal as always , service was good too. Waited in between courses but not too long so that was ok, not as long as previously which was way too long. Definitely be going back

Outstanding the tapas was brilliant we tried almost all the menu and couldn’t fault one dish! Great service too and the chef came out a couple of times also.

We’ve been coming here for Sunday lunch for a few months now since it re opened after Covid. Great food, great service and good value for money. Chef, Ryan , comes out to check all is good with the food. Cosy atmosphere but enough vibe to realax and enjoy the ambiance. My only comments to improve are , it used to be sliced meats - beef, pork, lamb , it’s now braised instead. Our preference is sliced over braised. No real ales or beers stocked - although they do allow me to bring in a beer from the local ale house. House wine , red , is excellent also ... Well done team and keep it up.

Love Bread & Butter so much. We are always made to feel super welcome (even with tired kids), the atmosphere is really nice too, cozy. The staff are always lovely and the food is DELICIOUS.

This was the first time we had visited The Ginger Bistro but it will not be our last. The lunch we had was fantastic as were the choices overall. In addition the decor, ambience, service and quality was second to none. To summarise; we loved it. Thanks to those making this place a big success.

We booked for Sunday lunchtime and were fortunate to get in this week. We ordered 2 Sunday lunches, the beef and the chicken and they were the best weve had in a long while for the price. A good selection of veg and the meat melted away when eaten, very nice indeed and the portions just right. Infact we've paid more and not had the quality that we had this week..followed by the 3 minature desserts which we shared was just enough to finish off with. Drinks and coffee to finish the prices were very reasonable. Looking forward to our next visit, the venue is small but cosy and the staff very attentive without being in your face..A bistro restaurant that is really needed here, well done and thankyou.
