We took two of our friends for lunch on 26 April and we all had excellent meals. Our friends, who had not been before, both said they would definitely be returning. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

I would 100% recommended the Ginger Bistro! The food was amazing, the service was perfect and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The menu had such a variety of options, catering for everyone which is brilliant and it is such good value for money. Everyone should definitely pay The Ginger Bistro a visit!

We've been there twice so far. A wonderful place to eat and relax. Staff are very friendly and they serve delicious food. A very nice quite place to eat in the heart of Fullwood

Visited for my step dad's birthday, it was his first visit and he loved it and already wants to go back. The food was great as always, and the service.

Superb meal again. Feta cheese starter off the specials menu. Sirloin steak and chips cooked to perfection.The owner chatted to us. Great wine. Couldn't fault it .

Lovely lunchtime meals with family. Excellent freshly cooked food - great value lunchtime special. Quiet, but welcoming. Happy to recommend.

We have been here twice now. The décor and atmosphere are charming. the food is delicious, well-presented and fair value. The staff are nice and they are attentivem but not too attentive - they don't keep bothering you. I think this is a great place and anticipate going back again and again.

What a unique experience! Food and drink on a lovely boat as you tootle down the canal in the countryside. What's not to like!

My wife and i had a lunchtime meal on 190319.We have not been here for maybe 2 years.We both had 3 courses and 2 drinks each.Total cost was £62.95.This is fantastic value and far and away the best in this area.The atmosphere was perfect for a couple of 60 plus year olds.Only one lady behind the bar who was also serving the food.Maybe 20 people came in over the lunchtime.She managed well,the food was excellent. Such a shame that the Smiths can not be reached by bus because that was sacked 2 years ago.If you want to drink alcohol you have to have a taxi which restricts the visitors unless you live next door.We live only3 miles away and spent £20 on taxis.The Smiths and other surrounding pubs are penalised because they are unreachable by public transport. We will return.

I always think this is a great place for a meeting - smart, good value and just off the M55/M6 motorway junction. Judging by the number of cars in the car park, I'm not the only one!

We have been to the resturant several times since they have opened ,the service has always been very good , a good atmosphere and most of all excellent food it has become one of our regular places to eat
