We pre-booked a table for two for Friday lunchtime. We were treated by a friendly member of staff who explained the small plates system and how many to order. We ordered five different dishes, all of which were absolutely superb and arrived promptly. We followed that with coffee and desserts (the tiramisu is amazing!). All in all, it was a fantastic meal and we will definitely be returning soon.

Well it was absolutely brilliant the food was out of this world and the staff were fantastic. We sat upstairs and the atmosphere was ace. A special thank you to the staff, it is often difficult with a table of 10. They absolutely smashed it and the cocktails were beautiful. We will be back. Thank you

Recently took my mum and nana and they were sharing a main and, without asking, they bought it out split over two plates for them. It really is the little things.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallI asked whether the veggie satay had mushrooms ( I’m not allergic but they upset my stomach) and was told it hadn’t, when it arrived it contained mushrooms, the waitress was very apologetic, she took it away and they quickly made a fresh one without mushrooms. It was delicious and they took it off the bill. We all make mistakes, it’s how they’re dealt with that matters, so I was quite happy. We were asked if we had any allergies so hopefully if that had been the case the chef would have been informed

Was too late for a child that age to be in a public place, ended up running around the bar and restaurant. Totally spoilt a date night with partner. Restaurants after 8pm should not ge for toddlers who should be in bed.
