The Fat Loaf is a gem on our doorstep. Food is truly excellent, menu suits all tastes and is varied regularly. The quality of the food is truly spot on, well cooked, well presented and then the staff, welcoming, knowledgeable and the customer service impeccable, great place to eat, chat and chill.

Fat Loaf – SaleFood was excellent and reasonably priced too. Four of us had different courses and all were very good and of a decent size. The scallops I had very delicious. Only downside was the service, not particularly friendly and no real interaction even though we dined early, 5:15pm booking on a Saturday. Felt that that effected the general atmosphere. Would go back again but hope for a more engaged service.

Scallops for me and pear/ chiccory walnut salad for the wife then a stunning steak and a perfect hake…..not forgetting the cheesecakes to die for!! We can’t wait to come back……superb. Staff are amazing too……cheers for a top night
