NEVER AGAIN, the food was poor beyond belief, i was sick within 5 minutes of leaving and my partner and friend were ill the following morning. The starter seemed to have been cooked from frozen and the main was bland and greasy. I will not be frequenting this place again.

The meal at lunch today was not of a great standard, the starter of bruscetta was nice, but what followed for my wife was awful it was refrigerated fish, and the steak pie I had was stew with a puff pastry, we were considering booking the restaurant for Christmas dinner but after that I'm afraid there will be no chance of that, the service was good I have to say both guys were very nice 3 out of 10

Like a previous reviewer it's 25 years since I visited but even though I've been all over the world it was one of my most memorable experiences. I seem to remember an element of vetting in booking- we had to sound like worthy

fantastic freshly cooked food in a spacious family friendly restaurant at reasonable prices. Steak pie and macaroni cheese are amazing!

Really clean shop, delicious chips and chicken pakora oh and good pizza as well.

Not the best in town. Relatively cheap but the food was not the best, very average but the staff were nice! and the fish was fresh!

sushi was very fresh, but food portions were rather small leaving still hungry as i left...a bit disappointed as i heard some good stuff about this place!

Visited this restaurant for lunch last week. Really authentic, when dining there you could easily forget you were in Scotland as the venue, the smells and atmosphere are very french. The food is really good and great value for money.

Truly scrumptious!!!

I first ate here with my new partner on our first date in Dundee on her recommendation and my eyes were opened to the joys of Mexican food. I had strips of swordfish interlaced with strips of beef steak in a delicious tomato and pepper sauce. The staff were fabulous and friendly and the cosy atmosphere a pleasure to sit and relax in.... I eat here every time I visit Dundee and would recommend it to anyone for a great dining experience - keep it up guys and gals ;~)

Superb location, on the road heading to and from St Andrews. As a family we love to stop off on our way back from St Andrews. Food devine, massive portions and very good value for money.

My favourite restaurant by far! Excellent food...huge portions! The staff are very friendly and they go out of their way to provide you with an excellent service. Huge beer garden round the back, which is great to sit in and have a few drinks.

You don't know what your missing! The Derby Cafe sells quite simply the best ice cream in the country! the quality of the food at the Derby is also first class in both quality and value and an essential stop of when you are in the area.

The place is a joke! Tourists beware!

Went to Pulcinella last Wednesday and had a fantastic meal. I had the pretheatre and had gorgeous meatballs, pollo milanese and mille fuille cake - delicious! My partner had the calamari (which was so fresh!) and a tbone and carrot cake. Really nice staff, excellent food and a genuinely reasonable prices especially for the city centre (the pre theatre was only £12.50 for three courses bargain!) Definitely going back!
