In the Blue has the easiest website booking I know, picking up personal details from previous bookings. the food is always good with bream perfectly cooked and seafood a plenty. Staff are attentive and helpful and restaurant and facilities are clean and welcoming. My favourite restaurant, just wish it was nearer to where I live. !

We booked for Friday night at eight. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with happy customers and staff. Had mussels for main with breads and fries, super bottle of wine and beer and delicious cheeseboard. Just perfect all round. We will be back it was a lovely evening. Would recommend thoroughly to both fish and meat eaters. Give it a try soon!

Exceptionally good food, a must visit for any seafood lover. This time we had the sharing menu and everything was so tasty. Hard to pick out a favourite but the scallops were stunning and the Indian kissed potatoes are way beyond just a side dish. Fabulous.

I have eaten there several times with my Son who lives quite close by. This time I came with a friend . I was very disappointed in my meal, as I had the whole Crispy Sea Bass. It had some sort of batter all over it, which made it extremely hard to eat as it was stuck to the whole rib cage along with lots of bones and also the skin. I wasn't very impressed with the chips either, which were extra as it didn't come with any veg. I love Sea Bass as I don't usually have it at home, but I didn't enjoy picking and examining every mouthful for bones. The dessert was delicious.

We ate here several years ago and made an effort to return with a friend. We were not disappointed at all. Food was really good , watermelon topped with crab was really tasty. Main of lobster Thermidor was delicious. My husband had the sea bream equally very tasty. It was a delight to return. Thank you all.

This is hands down my favourite place . Every time the food and staff are amazing!

What a little gem. The food here is amazing, very fresh and tasty. the staff are attentive and professional and the chef definatley has a special touch with food. We will definatley be making a return trip, just to taste something else of the menu and we are not local! Two hour car journey, but we know it will be worth it!!

We love seafood so why bother travelling to Brighton when an excellent restaurant is on our doorstep. Always good food with a friendly atmosphere.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent from start to finish, the waitress was friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious , beautifully prepared and full of flavour. It was a thoroughly enjoyable meal and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

Dined here on Thursday evening for a catch up with my friend. We had the seabass that was on the special board, food was amazing, service was great. Was a lovely atmosphere in this little gem of a restaurant - looking forward to returning soon ❤️
