Excellent food and service.

Had a meal out with my friend away for her to relax after long working week and looking after her 2 little ones and we both enjoyed our evening out to the fullest!!! Food was very fresh and tasty, good size portions, lovely atmosphere and staff. We will surely return and would highly recommend this restaurant to others! Thank you to the team x

What a treat to have this place virtually on my doorstep, with its wonderful seafood, great service, super selection of reasonably priced wines, and only a minute from the beautiful beach for a pre- or post-meal stroll. Order the seasonally-changing sharing menu and give the chef a chance to show off; crispy, squid, scallops in champagne sauce and Indian-spiced potatoes were three stand-outs recently. Whether you just want a couple of small plates and a drink or a grand blow-out, you'll be made equally welcome – and that courtesy also extends to diners with dietary requirements, especially coeliacs.

Absolutely lovely local neighbourhood restaurant. Slightly unprepossessing kerb appeal but once inside it's a lovely place, lovely ambience, fantastic service and amazing food. I had lobster, my husband Dover sole. Definitely will be back.

It’s the best fish restaurant by a long mile, food delicious and even something in the menu for vegetarian. Well worth a visit.

Food excellent, service excellent, ambience very relaxed

As always the food was excellent. Been many times and can never fault the food. The service was a little slow on this occasion but I thinks it's a "one off".

From the moment we were greeted at the door on our arrival we knew it was going to be a good experience. Wonderful atmosphere, lots of happy faces and wonderful aromas from the food being prepared. The menu was very exciting and it took a while for us to make our choices. The service was very quick, the food looked amazing and we enjoyed every tasty mouthful. We both opted for dishes that had a Far Eastern twist. We were not disappointed. Some amazing flavours and beautifully cooked food. It was also apparent that it wasn’t just visitors to the area eating there but local people too. Always a good sign! If we find ourselves back in Sussex in the future we will definitely return Thank you for a very special lunch. One for the memory bank.

We ate here as three generations of the family. The grandchildren loved the cheesy tacos, the squid and mussels. The adults were impressed by both the presentation and flavours of the lobster, the monkfish and the halibut. And on top of that, those of us who had a piece of cavolo nero were treated to something very special! The staff were very friendly and helpful - we aim to return and try the bouillabaisse as soon as possible .

We ate here on friday 1st May. We love Into the blue, its our favourite local restaurant. The food is beautiful, always tastes so fresh and delicious!! The Staff are really lovely too. To start we ate the Scallops and they were divine with the champagne and cream sauce, the tempura prawns and squid were really yummy too. The for mains we had the paella and the halibut.all so lovely presented and all so tasty and delicious. We go a couple of times a year and the food never disappoints.

Absolutely superb lunch - delicious halibut and bouillabaisse, beautifully prepared, tasty and perfectly cooked. Lovely friendly service. Highly recommend this fantastic restaurant and we will be back soon.

We come here at least once a year for lunch on the bus from near Brighton and it is unfailingly good and the staff are very friendly. If you enjoy delicious fish dishes and have a good appetite too, do go. They have a range of menus to suit all budgets, and a good selection of wines including local English wines.

Into the Blue in Shoreham is our absolute go-to — we find ourselves coming back time and time again. The food is consistently incredible, easily beating places we used to travel to Brighton for. Chef Dave is a big part of what makes it so special — always so welcoming and genuinely lovely, which makes every visit feel personal. We’ve celebrated some brilliant moments there, including a fantastic Christmas Eve with a group of over 20, which they handled effortlessly. Most recently, we were there for my husband’s birthday with our family of five (including our 8, 12 and 14 year olds), and it was just perfect — relaxed, delicious, and such a gorgeous evening all round. A real gem to have on our doorstep.
