We had a couple celebration meal here and selected the sampling menu. The food was wonderful with particular highlights being the nectarine and beetroot salad, the crab and the bouillabaisse. We ate it all! Thank you for a great evening

Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWe had dinner again at Into the Blue last night. One again, the food punched two levels above. Crispy, light tempura prawns as good as ever, and meaty perfectly cooked monkfish in a rich lobster bisque sauce. All with a reasonably priced wine list and charming service. We can't recommend Into the Blue highly enough. We get back several times a year and enjoy it every time.
