The meal that we had was absolutely amazing, it was a fusion of some of the most tantalising tastes we have had in a long. Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWe had lunch yesterday - originally going for the reduced menu for two but selecting the full version in the end as it sounded so good. It was excellent but probably a bit more than we needed for lunch - more appropriate for dinner. Must have more discipline next time. I think the new reduced version for two is a good idea. As always when we go here, the food was creative and excellent. The service was friendly and efficient. The overall value is very good which part of the reason we keep returning. Also good is the fact the menu changes every month.

Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaTook our daughter visiting from Australia who is a seafood lover. Between the 3 of us we had 7 small plates and the Lobster main. In my opinion the best seafood anywhere in Sussex. The Halibut and Mussels are not to be missed. All served with a smile and great attitude
