I feel very fortunate that my good lady decided that we should book "Ribeye" for our upcoming 46th Wedding anniversary. I am a steak lover but normally frequent pub type restaurants with not so many well priced good steak houses in the area. When she suggested Ribeye I checked the reviews and at the same time began to wonder why I hadn't checked this place out before now. I was not disappointed, my 12oz Ribeye was done to perfection with table service to match, My wife who is not a steak lover prefers her steak cremated. Again it was cooked to perfection with a little pink which she was happy with. As a marker, if a steak is normally under-cooked (in my wife's opinion) she will send it back, like I described, it was perfect! Thank you Ribeye for a perfect evening, the atmosphere and decor suited the occasion. with lovey staff to make the whole experience faultless. Thank you, we will be back! Steve & Wendy

Simple food deliver at a high quality and with top notch h service. Very broad menu for starters and mains but perhaps a little bit limited for sweets.

Celebrated a family birthday and thoroughly enjoyed. Most had fillet steak and one vegetarian had the cauliflower burger - all fantastic and definitely recommend

Ok so our first vist here on its in a strange location which youed never imagine through a building down some steep steps into a cellar. Once there its very nicey decorated and your greeted by very friendly front of house staff and shown to your table. I was really impressed with the staffs knowledge on the cuts of steak which you get to choose from the fridge on display. Really nice touch. Ok onto the food this review goes a little down hill from here. This may of just been a bad day in the kitchen so were planning to go again and update our review. But on this occasion the chef couldn't manged to cook the steaks to what we asked which is a pretty basic thing that we get at Miller and carter's. So we asked for one medium well and the other medium. One came back virtually blue and the other which was a filet was well done. Long story short both steaks were taken back with no hesitation and a fresh filet was cook and mine was cooked a little more. Everything was replated nicely and the staff were very upset that this was happening and couldn't do more to make up for the inconvenience. And offered us drinks and sides while we waited. We ended up eating at different times which was the worst thing. But I will add the chips are lovley and the onion rings are tasty and big. We ended are meal with a lovley sticky toffee pudding. To end the review like i said earlier this may of just been a one off as everyone has a bad day. The quality of foot is top notch and we made sure the waitresses were tipped well as they really went above and beyond and that really compensated for the chef's Errors so definitely give this place a vist its definitely a good place for a date night or spot of lunch

Absolutely amazing! Great atmosphere and very kind waitress’s floating round to help! Steak was the best I’ve ever had. The peppercorn sauce was honestly out of this world!

A great find! We came here on a Wednesday evening. We were celebrating our 4 year wedding anniversary. We were greeted straight away by Kieran who was very knowledgeable about the steaks they had on display and what they had to offer. We started with Focaccia bread, the beef dripping butter was delicious, we would have wished for a beef dripping dip. For our main we went for the Butcher’s Surf and Turf sharing platter. Three steaks (we asked for medium rare) the rump and rib eye were cooked perfectly, but the fillet was slightly well done. We had chips, onion rings, and cream spinach that was beautiful. Pudding we had the sticky toffee and a lemon posset. Probably the best lemon posset we have ever tasted. Our waitress Francesca was lovely and super helpful the whole evening. We will definitely be visiting this restaurant again, with more friends and family.

Visited here on a Friday night for my husband’s birthday. The restaurant was busy but the staff were super friendly and quick to deliver drinks. We ordered 2 sharing platters and they did not disappoint. We let the lovely waitress choose our sides and they complimented the meal perfectly. The chef did an excellent job of servicing us with some rare and medium steaks for those who preferred their meat a bit more well done. The food was delicious and perfectly plated. Husband had a great time and he couldn’t stop thanking us for choosing such a great steak restaurant. Everything was amazing and we can’t wait to return.

We had 2 great value sharing platters between 4. The steaks were beautifully cooked and the service was great too. Only slight dissatisfaction was being asked to move on as soon as we said we didn’t want dessert. Would ask for atleast a 2hour slot next time because 1hr30 was not enough.

The service was fantastic and the food was amazing and cooked to perfection. The staff managed to accommodate our party of 10 and everyone was spot on. As a group we’ve already talked about going again

We have now been a number of times to Ribeye. Service and food always first class. Really good quality steak and perfectly cooked and presented.
