Lovely meal & great service

Good food and great service, Unfortunately the restaurant was not busy so it lacked atmosphere and the air conditioning made the restaurant cold which also caused our food to be cold

Had the sharing platter. Lovely staff, lovely food.

Group of 10 for bottomless brunch. Service was excellent, very attentive staff and the drinks were excellent. The only very small negative was the portion sizes of the tacos were very small . We needed to order extra food to fill us up which ended up costing quite a bit more .

Went on Easter Sunday and had a lovely meal, food was very nice and portions were decent! Staff were friendly too-we will be returning next time we are in Wem

Absolutely lovely steakhouse, hidden gem with fantastic ambience, my steak was amazing and cooked to perfection, we also tried the cocktails which was on a par with any high end cocktail bar. The staff were very attentive and informative, we will definitely be back when next in Shrewsbury.

Booked online, no hassle. Arrived and was seated straight away. Drinks ordered almost immediately but then we were left for 20 mins before coming back for our food order, and it wasn’t too busy. Food was ordered, one steak was ordered and the waitress didn’t ask how it should be cooked, or if a sauce was required. 3 roast beef dinners were ordered, everything was nice apart from the roast potatoes, which were hard and waxy, like they were reheated. We have eaten here before, with no issues - hence our return. Just hoping it was a one off.

If I could leave 0 stars, then I would. The lady at the bar (long black hair, unwelcoming expression) greeted us. However, it was barely a greeting. More of a mean stare-down. She sat took us to our table, and before we had even looked at the menus and sat down, asked what we wanted to drink. She stood impatiently waiting for me to go and have a look at the ales. The food was awful- cold, and service took forever. I’m not convinced that my roast chicken was cooked all the way through- I think the EHO are long overdue an inspection in that place. Overall, deeply unsatisfied and unpleasant, nasty staff

Absolutely Loved it - food was great, restaurant looked amazing and great service Overall it created a atmosphere that worked for couples and groups as the different rooms allowed personal space

This was a night out with work colleagues, I was a little nervous as it was on my recommendation, I shouldn't have worried, everyone enjoyed the evening, the food was superb, we will be back again, even my German colleague said next time he's over he will make a B-line to Ribeye.

A lovely cosy place with a good atmosphere and a mixture of age groups. Friendly staff and the food was amazing especially 100% Gluten free..fabulous as i am celiac. Food was tasty and vibrant and a good red wine to finish. Great company in a great place.

I went along with 4 friends to do a bottomless brunch on a Saturday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the service was. We had "spiked Pimms" on the table on arrival and our 1st drinks order was taken straight away. The menu was explained, and although there were a couple of items unavailable there was still a great selection of small places and tacos to choose from. For the whole 2 hours, we were not without a drink, and even when our allocated time was up we were not hurried out of there. One round took a little bit longer to arrive (due to freshly grinding coffee for espresso martinis) but as we still had drinks we hadn't noticed until we were kindly brought a tray of complimentary shots. Again, can't fault the service.... Definitely be returning again!
