Great food with service to match

Excellent service we ordered 2 roasts of the day and they were delicious can’t wait to return

Had two meals while having a mini break in the area. We really enjoyed our first visit that we went back on our last night too .Food was both of great quality and plentiful. Fabulous value too. Service was great too and very obliging in letting us have a table looking out over the view. Recommended.

We've visited here numerous times for lunch, and visited for Father's Day. Never had an issue here, food is always amazing, traditional and homemade style cooking! Staff are always super friendly and helpful! When attending for Father's Day, tables were running 15 minutes behind, which is expected on busy days like that! Jan gave me a ring to let me know, which was greatly appreciated with 2 babies in our party. Highly recommend the pork belly bites, lasagne and their homemade chips are delicious!

Was really looking forward to the food as reviews were really good but unfortunately our food was anything but so much so we left most of it and sadly won’t be back

First visit but certainly will be back very soon. Great service, good value, fantastic views over the Tyne estuary and most important superb plates of food.

We’ve visited for steak night a few times now. The Tomahawks are fab, we really enjoyed our dinner and the staff are great

Eight of us went for lunch here. All had something different and all of us enjoyed our meals. Some were brave enough to have dessert although we were all full. Atmosphere,staff,service and value for money was excellent. We’ll all be going again.
