I had the tomato and pepper soup and spaghetti Bolognese. Both dishes were disappointing as both were too sweet, especially the soup, a common fault with pseudo Italian restaurants in this country. Perhaps the chefs need to visit Italy to taste how the dishes are done properly. My wife enjoyed her pate and gnocchi dish. Service was good.

We enjoyed beef and pork tacos with house wine which was also really good. Our friends are vegetarian had alot of choice and where really impressed with food and service.

Tik Taco – SouthportFood quality and value for money was excellent. Limited wine list but quite well priced. Only Mexican bottled beers available and rather expensive. Waiters were very helpful and attentive, unfortunately on the evening we visited there had apparently been a technical issue in the kitchen that meant our starters did not arrive for about 40 minutes. These things happen but they could have informed us of the problem.
