My wife and I visit this cafe regularly at lunchtime, and, although not fancy, it is the place to come for well prepared and excellent value dishes. The service is friendly and meals are extremely well priced.

Bridge Cafe – Southportwe went to the weld for a family birthday on the 18.03.07. the food was excellent especially for the price you pay. the service was great, the young waitresses, alex and ashley really looked after us as did the manager, anthony, who was very helpful and nothing was to much for the staff. we would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great service and value for money.
Weld Blundell Arms – Southporttook my family for a meal there was 15 of us, service was superb nothing was too much for the staff. food was great and no wait considering the restaurant was full. i normally go to the carvery in ainsdale but dont think i will bother going there again.
Weld Blundell Arms – SouthportMy wife and I visited the Knightsbridge restaurant on sunday evening for the carvery dinner. We were both impressed with the quality of food on the menu. In my experience hotel restaurant food tends to be rather bland, but this was not the case at the Scarisbrick. We also thought the interior of the restaurant was very welcoming, and the service was of a high quality. We will certainly be visiting the Knightsbridge again!
Scarisbrick Hotel – SouthportVery nice simple Italian food consisting of either pasta or pizza dishes for the main course, quite small inside kind of intimate nice and relaxed. Friendly service and very good value for money.
Gusto Trattoria – SouthportIn contrast to other reviews on food quality, I thought my Chicken Rogan Josh purchased on Sat. Feb 24th was rather mediocre. The meal was rather bland and lacking in spice. (tasted mild rather than medium spice). However, I was happy enough with the service, and thought the restaurant atmosphere was pleasant enough.
Kasturi Indian Cuisine – Southportquality was the order of the day at the tea rooms. excellent service, superb afternoon tea, and silver tea pots. very relaxing and a gem of a find.

Fuegos – SouthportI went on my first date with my now husband here 19 years ago and enjoyed the food so much we/ family and friends have been going ever since. We've travelled extensively and always find we compare the food in other oriental restaurants to this and the ribs and crispy duck are very hard to beat.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and seem to enjoy the evening as much as their customers!! We went in for the early bird menu (3 courses £8.95) - delicious and fantastic value! Ended up staying there for hours drinking jugs of sangria and shooting tequilas. Thank you to all staff, I? sure we will be back very soon.
Fuegos – SouthportThis is a lovely cafe. No frying smells - not a greasy Joe's! The owners are very friendly. They do the best scrambled eggs. A good choice of sandwiches, toasties and jacket potatoes. The homemade desserts are to die for! The loos are absolutely immaculate. The music is great.
Pinders Place – SouthportThis restaurant is excellent. Dave< Audrey, Leroy and Pepe are very friendly people. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food is well presented and plenty of it at very good prices. I recommend the steaks

The Barking Frog – SouthportGreat to find a restaurant that serves good traditional Italian food at a very reasonable price. I get sick of being overcharged for Italian bog standard food, and have found a gem in Southport - try it, you won't be disappointed.
