We thoroughly enjoyed a 3 Course Christmas Menu, with very attentive Staff playing their part. The Restaurant was so Festive and immaculate. Indeed, the Hotel itself was very impressive. The Food was excellently prepared and we thoroughly enjoyed a great meal. Needless to say, we are both looking forward to returning in the near future.

The service was poor the servers were so unhelpful when we asked for water it took a further twice before the brought it they weren't friendly to us at all seem unhappy nevr once asked if we wanted drinks nor if we enjoyed our dinner we have been here before and never had that staff couldnt do enough last time. We asked for our bill i came and our deposit wasnt¹ taken off they know if you book Xmas lunch you need to pay deposit so when we said to waitress she said OK I will check brought back bill with amended amout written on it no apologies we just felt bit disappointed as had such great experience last time.
