Myself and my wife were frequent visitors to the original restaurant in Reddish and this was our first visit to the new one in New Mills. We're both over the moon that they managed to establish a new restaurant following their troubles because, and this has added significance because my wife is a Sicilian herself, their food, their atmosphere and their service are as close to genuine Italian/Sicilian you can get in the UK. The food is always of the upmost genuine quality, the options available are second to none and the service is extremely welcoming and attentive. 100% worth every penny - probably worth more in all honesty. We're both so happy you have found your new home and despite the long drive to come and visit we will be back again and again.

Great atmosphere for a cold Tuesday in October. Lots of full tables and staff buzzing around. Service very polite and friendly. Food was excellent, a mixture of bruschettas and other bits to start. Over the 5 guests, 2 pasta dishes, 1 mixed grill, 1 Octopus dish and a veal chop. All excellent. Followed by 2 Affogato, 1 ice cream, 1 Tiramisu and a hilarious Brioche bun filled with 3 ice creams! Highly recommend A Tavola. Would definitely revisit. Well done

Would have been nice to have eaten a meal, but the restaurant was CLOSED due to the kitchen staff all coming down with Covid. Pause the automatic survey function next time.

3rd visit to A Tavola, this time for my Birthday. Not disappointed, lovely food and friendly staff. Busy restaurant, but not made to feel rushed and staff attentive and make time to discuss menu and drink options.

What a fantastic experience.....had such a good night celebrating a friends birthday. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we sat down and the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was served quickly considering how busy it was,and it was absolutely delicious .....not a drop was left on our plates. Thank you for a wonderful evening and we will definitely be back

Great food, fantastic and friendly service. Our table was a little close to the entrance, not as private a position as I would have liked. However, I will return!

We visited on a Saturday evening, the restaurant both inside and seating outside was busy, offering a great atmosphere. We were met and shown to our table immediately which set the tone for attentive service throughout the evening. The menu offered great choice, and the quality matched it, overall we were very impressed with the experience, great value for money.

Lovely atmosphere. Polite, efficient, friendly staff. The food is obviously freshly prepared and really tasty. Complimentary bread at beginning of meal absolutely delicious and a really nice touch. Great value for money and will definitely be a regular!

I have eaten here both at lunch time and in the evening and the set menus offer great value for money and an extensive selection of dishes which are high quality. of The staff are friendly and attentive and the restaurant has a great ambience and tables are well spaced.

We have eaten at this restaurant several times and have always come out happy. Had three groupon meals too and the service and food we got was excellent.

We enjoyed our meal at Ciao . We had the set menu which allowed us plenty of choice and was exceptional value for money, The service was very friendly , and we are looking forward to going again.

As usual, the Italian restaurant (Ciao) in Poynton exceeded our expectations. A warm welcome from Umberto and his staff, a relaxed atmosphere, good food and service. A perfect night out. We have been visiting the restaurant for years and it never disappoints.
