Introduced by a friend for a catch up lunch. A real hidden gem. Restaurant was warm and spacious and the service attentive. The food was excellent, piping hot and really tasty. Liked the no nonsense lunch menu which still had plenty of choice.

The restaurant was warm and spacious if a little dated in decor , I felt it was a bit peach and old fashioned but we were there for the food not the interior . Food didn’t disappoint . So much choice and lots of specials . We chose whitebait, prawn, and steaks and wow we were treated to great quality and taste . Perfectly cooked and superbly presented . The house wine was delicious and the service was impeccable . We were looked after brilliantly and enjoyed the evening and will return again .
