Lovely little establishment and lovely bar staff. Unfortunate that the landlady is an extremely rude piece of work who wouldn't give me the time of day because she simple didn't know me. Absolutely stinking behaviour - if you're not a regular you likely aren't welcome.

I have now been to this lovely pub twice for a meal and both times the food has been fantastic, as is the decor etc. We received a great welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our visits. Looking forward to going again with family next week!!!

I've been to too many restaurants and clubs, but I must say the Ice is unique in everything,,,,,,,,,the staff are very friendly, the menue is appealing, the whole place is very clean and not to mention prices are very reasonable,,,,,,,two thumbs up guys.

Came here on sat 30th of jan for my daughters 40 birthday meal. Our meals were fantastic the staff were attentive and enthusiastic and the overall atmosphere was brill. Cocktails are a must. Many thanks for making her birthday celebrations extra special.

We visited The Gwyn Arms and were made very welcome even though there were 16 of us. Good pub menu and all food very well-cooked, fresh,hot and very generous portions. The dessert menu is fantastic. The Eton mess was positively wicked. The grandchildren loved the chips (and so did the men!). The owners and staff were so friendly and we felt very relaxed. We were there a good few hours but never felt hurried. The children loved the playground area. We would recommend this pub to anyone. It was immaculately clean and comfy. Beautiful setting with views to hills and river nearby as well as renowned Danyrogof Caves- well worth visiting. Plenty of walking opportunities around there too. We will be going back.

Me and my husband visited your Oxford street Swansea branch and, both had steak, both cooked differently, they were both gorgeous, cooked the best I ever tasted! Highly recommend this place! So much so we are going in on 31st July for a family meal with our two grown up sons!!!!

21/05/15 ordered 2 rump steaks and both were off.

Excellent food, staff very welcoming, would highly reccommend.

I have visited Monni's several times in the past few months and the cod and chips and plaice and chips are really excellent. I will return to Monni's many times in the future. Superb.

lovely place to go for beakfast or carvery, this is one of my favourite places the food is so nice.

This is a very friendly public house with food to match any chain style restaurant / bar type of place . Very pleased I went and would frequent this house at any time .

Had a really good meal here, very tasty and very reasonably priced. Next time we will try the mixed platters , they looked great.

Was expecting nice food and a relaxed atmposhere, what we got was an overbearing manager, wrong food order and police coming in to stop a fight! terrible - when the food did come it was an hour late and cold! Avoid like the plague!

The drinks order was incorrect The side dishes arrived after mains were finished One burger was still bloody.Upon asking for half a jug of water one supervising waitress verbally abused several members of our party and proceeded to threaten one member that 'she better never see her on a night out'Awful service, food isnt that great and the view is certainly not worth the abuse. Will never return while it is under current management. Completely unnacceptable and police report has been filed!

We had our wedding reception here when it was the Surf House back in the 1970's so this place has always held a special place in our hearts. As Castellamare, we have returned time and time again, bringing visitors sometimes, as we know the service and quality can always be relied on. We especially love the little after shot of Limoncello to round off the evening. Looking forward to our next evening to celebrate my birthday with all the family.

My son, his girlfriend and my grandson myself, love Cosmo we use the Cardiff Bay restaurant. Great selection of main courses and very good choice for desserts, my grandson loves the food and disappears quite a lot, comes back with little tasters to try then off again for some more, he is ten years old and really enjoys the fact he can go and choose what he wants not what others would order if in ordinary restaurant..

Read the reviews and thought fab ! Oh dear!In reality, waiters were rushed off their feet and so didn't have the time to make you feel welcome etc Food arrived very quickly and was of a poor quality, not freshly prepared and not very warm. Expensive, unimpressed, and would not recommend it.
