Always a lovely place to meet and eat, lovely staff and always accommodating and helpful. Delicious food, great value and some lovely dishes.

Excellent each time I visit here. I enjoy the service, atmosphere and value for money in particular.

The food was lovely but the service wasn’t so good unfortunately. After waiting nearly an hour for our food 3 dishes came out ( there were 5 of us) and the waitress informed us that one of the dishes we had ordered was not available, had to order something else. Luckily it was a salad so not too long to prepare. However they did give us a free drink each.

As always a great meal meeting friends sadly one of the servers was not having a good day she was not happy and when delivering our drinks did not ask if everything was ok and scuttled away as quick as she could, not the type of service that is normal for Union Street, however the server who delivered our meals was lovely with a great smile very attentive asked if we needed ant sauces etc. one little glitch so we will all come back

Popped in for some breakfast yesterday because my husband fancied Pancakes & they were doing them all week. Amazing dish with lots of berries, raspberry sauce & Whipped cream. My French toast with bacon & maple syrup was very good as well. Always helps when the staff are very friendly as well.

Oh my goodness, found my new favourite restaurant! Loved all of it… the great food, the cosiness, the service! So many yummy things to try, we’ll be back soon!

Keep going back for a reason. Delicious food. Friendly people- explains everything on the menu. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Tried a cake this time as well- tasty and moist

Had a fantastic Sunday Roast. Perfectly presented and cooked. Staff are polite and friendly. It was a busy Sunday and there was a little wait but this was not a problem for us.

Always have a fabulous meal here, so booked for the Valentine's mezze. It didn't disappoint - huge portions , beautifully presented and delicious flavours. Great ambience and friendly service too.

We’d been meaning to try the cafe for a while, especially as we adopted our current dog from Ferne. Neither of us are vegetarian, but the food was superb, the tastiest lunch we’d both had for a long time. It was also very colourful and well presented. We followed up with cakes and hot drinks, which were all lovely. The cafe was busy, but the service was very good and pleasant. We shall definitely be returning, probably quite soon! I would also recommend booking beforehand.

My husband and i had afantastic evening of Mezze food at Olive kitchen in Martock. We were greeted promptly and shown to our table by an attentive member of staff. They explained the menu. Drink and food were prompt despute some issues with powercuts before we arrived. Setting is awesome and the food was delicious. We will be returning and recommend to our friends. Thankyou everyone for a grwat evening.

As always excellent food, full if tasty surprises, a mix of unique flavours perfectly balanced. Lived in the Middle East for some time - the mezze was actually beyond what I expected! Lots of small mouthfulls on the plate, all with it's distinct taste. Olive never disappoints. Staff always friendly and helpful. Venue stylish and interesting.

Food delish as ever. Always such a treat. We loved the new lay out and our table was perfect - near the window and fire, felt quiet and more private thankyou. Service pleasant, but busy so difficult to get attention to order coffees and d3ert . Quick heads up, there was prob with loo door, I walked in on other people twice! Staff very apologetic and got onto it straight away. Apparently stones get caught around the door frame making it difficult to lock.

Great place to visit. Super food, super coffee, super service. And to top it all, dog friendly! Loads of parking too!
