The best Korean food I’ve had in the UK! Amazing service and very friendly staff, was a lovely experience and I can’t wait to come back for more.. Also was such pleasant surprise to see Bingsu on the menu!!

GREAT THAT MAXI’s is back We have been a fan of Maxi’s since our first visit to its Leeds branch in 1995. The food is consistently good and glad to say that has not changed. Friendly and quick service and reasonably priced. Glad York still has this restaurant for us to go to.

Absolutely loved our meal at Oshibis. The whole experience was amazing and I really enjoyed getting to cook all the different meats right there on the table! And it all tasted amazing too! The staff were extremely friendly and there was just such a good atmosphere there! We will definitely be back.

Best Chinese in town and around North East! We have been visiting here past 10 years, still the best.

Dinning at this restaurant has always been our priority before unfolding our other arrangements for the past year and the food is always nice.

A great experience and the food was fresh and really yummy. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to another visit.

Never disappointed , always delicious and great service

Nice restaurant, staff, atmosphere and food! However, I would recommend expanding the grill menu (types of meat) and increasing the portion size of the pickled sides and the lettuce (full-sized leaves instead of halves). I would love to see slabs of pork belly served as it's a staple food at KBBQ. The dipping sauces were lovely, you can never beat ssamjang! Also the gochu-mayo was a nice surprise as I've never had it with bbq and it paired well. :)

Food and Service was excellent , Covid19 precautions were reassuring and we had a wonderful evening.

In the years that I have been visiting the food is always nicely presented and looks delicious! I love the special lunch menu which is full of choice and you get a full meal - no half portions here. The evening menu has an amazing array of choice, the food tastes delicious, fresh and the portions are generous. Plenty of choice for vegetarians and vegans too. Love the décor and the restaurant is always clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and have managed their additional Covid precautions with kindness, politeness and efficiency. Looking forward to my next visit...

A really good meal. We have been coming since they first opened. Excellent menu with great variety Food was cooked to perfection and staff service was very good Tables well spaced out and temperature checks on arrival Well worth a visit

Very friendly staff and did not have to wait long. Food was delicious and good value for money. Will visit again next time we are in York.

Good food a little over priced no better than any other 30% more expensive and waited a long time just to order

Brilliant food, great service and a thoroughly nice experience.

Brilliant food. Each dish was a taste sensation, loved it. Our Scottish waiter was brilliant as well, nothing was too much trouble.

Chose because we have mixed vegan and omni household. Not disappointed. From a very friendly welcome, attentive (to just right amount) staff, food all served at same time and exactly as described. Warmed plates. Nicely distanced tables too. So, particularly keen on dedicated vegan menu, but will return also for service.

Had a fantastic meal here, excellent food and great service. Would highly recommend.
